"Higher Daddy!" the little neko shrieked, blue eyes bright as he swung back and forth on the swing. Jacob laughed along with the giggling kitten, pushing his swing a little bit higher.

"Higher Daddy," came a teasing voice, belonging to the bigger blue eyed neko who was on the other swing beside Joel. Jacob rolled his eyes and gave Troye a half-assed push, Troye sticking his tongue out at Jacob, the man returning the gesture just as childishly. On the third swing, which was a baby swing, sat Troye and Jacob's eight month old neko, who watched as his dad and older brother swung back and forth, giggling at the sight of the two.

"Daddy!" Joel whined when he started to slow down, giggling picking up again as Jacob gave him a push.

"Let's go play on the slides now, Joel. I think Riley is getting bored," Troye said as he slowed down the swing by dragging his feet in the sand. Joel nodded and waited for his swing to slow down a bit before hopping off into the sand with a giggle and running towards the play structure. Troye picked Riley up and balanced him on his hip before taking Jacob's hand in his free one and walking towards their oldest son. Riley entertained himself by playing with the bell on Troye's collar as they sat down on a park bench near the slides and monkey bars.

Joel was four years old by this point, and his curls and fur had turned out to be the same dark colour as Jacob's hair, while his eyes were a breathtaking blue like Troye's were. The DNA results said that Joel was fully Jacob and Troye's kid, meaning Troye had been pregnant the whole time he was with Tyler, which was nothing short of amazing to the doctors. They all said that they were shocked that he did not miscarry, due to the starving and rough handling he went through.

Riley was planned, and they both agreed that they were ready for another baby when Troye started talking about missing having a young baby to take care of. Joel had overheard them talking of the possibility of a second baby, and had started talking about having a younger sibling almost as much as Troye had been. Of course Troye loved Joel with all of his heart and loved taking care of him as well, but taking care of a three year old was much easier than taking care of a newborn in some ways.

Troye's siblings had been notified of the little family they had, and were insanely excited to hear that they were aunts and uncles. Ryan and Brendon ended up releasing an album, which Joel loved so much that Troye found himself singing it whenever it was not playing. Ryan and Brendon visited every time they were in town.

Jacob and Troye had moved out of their old apartment to a house with three bedrooms and a big backyard. Troye had decorated (with Jacob's supervision so that everything was not pink and frilly), giving the boys one room, him and Jacob the master bedroom, and leaving the third one as a guest room. They had a room for all of the boy's toys, and a nice big window in the living room that was even more perfect for sunbathing than the old place. The best feature was the playground that was at the end of the road, giving them somewhere for Joel to get exercise as well as Troye, who even though he had become a dad still acted like a kitten at times.

The couple had obviously kept their kids instead of sending them for training like most people did, and Jacob promised Troye that they would be living with them until they had grown up. The glittery ring on Troye's finger also proved that he would be staying with Jacob forever as well. It was not normal for a master to marry their neko, but on the rare occasion it did happen. While they were happy just being together, Jacob knew there was no way he would ever think of marrying anyone else, so why not marry Troye?

"I miss carrying you around but that's hard to do when you always have Riley on your hip," Jacob said, voice light. "Remember when I could carry you all over the place like a princess?"

"No," Troye said with a laugh, "I remember you carrying me around when I was being a complete brat."

"You were never that much of a brat," Jacob said.

"Mmmm. I could always start now."

"I'd rather you didn't."

"But then you'd have to punish me," Troye hummed. Jacob flushed slightly as Troye handed him Riley, gently prying his little hand away from the bell on his collar. "I'm going to play with Joel now."

Jacob flipped Troye off jokingly and the hybrid laughed, skipping off to watch Joel who was excitedly saying something about one of the slides. Even though it has been said many times in this story, it will be said again: Troye was happy. So was Jacob, Joel and Riley.

They were all excited to see what the future held for them. More kids? New job opportunities? Pets? New homes? They could only wait, go through every day the best they could manage. They had old stories to tell and new stories to discover. They were excited to write those stories together.
