Chapter Two-Saving Lives

The constant yelling going through the building is what woke me up. My eyes slowly opened to the room that once was dark and warm to now be bright and cold. The heating seemed to turn off over the night.

My body refuses to get up as I lay back on the bed. That all changed once the sound of yelling picked up and the sound of sirens could be heard. That made me jump out of the bed and run over to the table.

Quickly, I put the bag on my back, pulled my hood up, and opened the door. People seemed to run out of fear which only drew me closer to what was happening. Quickly, I ran in the direction they were running from.

Cop and swat cars seemed to surround the area.

"Well some shits going to go down" I mutter to myself setting my bag in a near by bush.

I use my magic and teleport onto one of the buildings. Clear view of what was going on. 

They surrounded a small group.

What looked like a human child, a blue fish, and a skeleton. The two monsters tried to protect the child.

The Skeleton was throwing bones. He had a bright red scarf around his neck. His upper body or ribcage was covered by a white shirt. His pelvis was covered by a pair of short blue shorts and his leg bones were covered in what looked to be black pants. His feet were covered with the same color red shoes as his scarf.

The fish appeared to be a woman. Her hair was a deep red and pulled back into a ponytail. She wore a black tank top. Her legs were covered by a pair of blue jeans. About half way on her legs were her red boots. She held a light blue spear in her hands. Pure anger, fury, and determination shown in her bright yellow eyes.

The kid sat behind them, hurt. They had a blue with purple stripe shirt. A matching pair of blue shorts covered their legs along with their lack boots.

"I can't watch this anymore" I mutter standing up.

I held my right hand out in front of me. A deep purple flame appeared in my hand.

I shut my eyes playing forward what would happen if I'd left them to their own fight.

The cop in the front would shoot and hit the Skeleton. 

He'd turn to dust. 

The fish would go crazy, killing just about half of them before they turned her into dust. The child had tears in her eyes as the humans walked over to her. They took her away. It fast forwards to another scene. Monsters were in chains and cells. Others were being killed. 

Then I saw myself sit in a cell. Across from me was a Skeleton similar to the one down there. Before I could get a good look at him the vision faded. Can't let that happen.

I took my chance and threw a fireball to one of the cars. It flipped over a bit drawing their attention away from the monsters.

Dropping my hand to my side I teleported in between both groups

I look over my shoulder to them.

"I'd leave if I were you. Behind that building and wait if you would."

I spoke calmly before turning my head back to the humans. The monsters took off running with the human in the Skeletons arms.

"Well, Well, Well. What do we have here?" I question pulling my hood back.

They raised their weapons to me. Shaking my head I took a step forward, raising my hand to them.

'I don't kill the Humans...That was before they started to kill me.'
