~GSan's Point Of View~
I looked down at Luna, who fell asleep in my arms. She had a look of pure fear on her. It was like one of her nightmares. The look of terror and pain.
It was always the same. No matter what it was, if it scared her that bad she's react the same. She'd visibly shake, shutter, and shake her head. Her bottom lip would quiver and she'd blink a few times to hold back the tears.
And despite everything she'd always do the same thing with me. She'd sit in my lap and bury her head in my shoulder. Her ears would lay flat on her head, hidden by her hair.
She'd hide away, as if nothing mattered in the world. As if it was only the two of us in the world. Like there was no danger in the world, or hate.
A knock came to the door and Papyrus looked to me, scared a bit. Undyne's voice could be heard from the other side of the door. I nod to Papyrus and he opens the door. Undyne walks in, followed by the rest of the group, except for Jake.
Kat walks over to the two of us, looking at her sister, letting out a sigh of relief. I'll admit she does look dead in my arms, but she's breathing, and I'm taking god for that.
I look over to Kat, she breath was uneasy, different cuts covered her face and arms. She looked wrecked, like she hadn't slept in years. She looked hurt, lost, like she wouldn't live much longer.
"Kat, you okay?" I ask her, adjusting my hold on Luna.
She gave a nod before turning to Undyne, who stood, checking Alphys for injuries. Luna flinched in my grasp, making me look down to her. Her eye lids still laid closed, blocking her violet eyes from view.
I rubbed her left arm, seeing that her right was still in bandages. She relaxed a bit under my touch. I smiled at her before looking to Asgore and Toriel, who were hugging Asriel and Frisk. Frisk broke away and was signing to Flowey.
She seemed rushed. The small flower had a look of fear on his face as he glanced over to the hybrid in my arms. I gripped her tighter in my arms as Asgore walked to Undyne. They shared a look before turning to us.
Undyne looked to me before looking around the room. "Come on. They already know we've broken out. Now it's time to go." Asgore says, as Undyne turns to the door.
I stand up, cradling the sleeping hybrid in my arms. Undyne and Asgore go first, then Mettaton and Papyrus. Frisk and Asriel follow them, then Alphys and Toriel, and then me, Kat, and Luna.
Alarms echo through the halls. Red lights flashed, taking over the hallways. We ran for it, Undyne and Asgore taking on whatever came up in front and Kat taking on what was in the back.
The feeling of fresh air was indescribable. It was night, almost dawn by the looks of it. We move out, towards the woods. People yelling behind us could be heard, and Toriel moved back so she could help Kat.
The alarms echoed through the darkness as we weaved through the trees. Soon they faded into the distance, being a small call into the darkness.
I look down at Luna as I run to just catch her opening her eyes. She looks confused before looking up to me. I smile down at her before looking ahead. We'd come to a stop in a clearing.
Asgore and Undyne leaned over, placing their hands on their knees, panting. I take a glance around, setting Luna on her feet. She stays at my side, looking around at the group.
She looks panicked before looking to Kat. She shakes her head and Luna get's the message, she didn't cry tho. She didn't fall to her knees at the loss of her brother.
Toriel gasped, making us all look over. A blueish gray spear sat, embedded in the ground, right in front of Asgore.
