~G!Sans Point Of View~

I woke up, to the sound of a scream.

As fast as I could I leapt out of my bed, leaving my room. The moment I'm out of my room I cracked Paps door open a bit.

He laid sound asleep in his bed. Closing the door I made my way down the hall, to Luna's room. A faint purple light could be seen through the bottom of the door.

Carefully, I opened the door to see Luna rocking on her bed, crying, sobbing, and muttering to herself. The light came from her hands or rather her magic.

Her hands sat on her head, light by her dim fire. It didn't burn her at all. She moved her hands to wipe away the violet tears that ran down her face.

She moved her hands from her face and pushed her hair back. I closed the door behind me as I walked in.

Her head shot up, eyes locking with mine. Fear played in her eyes that were swimming in her bright purple tears.

One of her eyes was glowing a bright purple color. Her head dropped and she seemed to cry harder in seeing me.

Slowly, I made my way from the door to her bed. Finally, I could make out some of the things she was saying.

"No more Caleb...No more......I don't want to remember...."

She kept saying things like that. I sat down next to her, and carefully, placed my hand on her back.

"What happened Dove?"

She just kept muttering things to herself, shaking her head and crying harder.

I let out a sigh and gently wrapped my arms around her. She turned and hugged me back, her face buried in my back leather jacket. She clutched my back, still sobbing, but softer.

Her ears had dropped, hiding under her black hair, some of which stuck to the cold sweat that was on her face. Her tail wrapped around her waist, tightly from the looks.

"It's okay Dove, what happened?" I ask her again. She looked up to me, her bright purple eyes shimmering with tears.

She was silent for a minute, "I-It was a n-nightmare.." she trailed off taking in a breath. "W-We stood on a battle field and......faced the humans....."

She stopped and cried harder. I pulled her tighter into my arms. Her magic died down. the room filled back up with darkness.

She shook in my arms with every breath. "Ssh...it's okay now, I'm here," I comforted her.

This side of her was one I have yet to see. For the one? two days that I've known her. She had yet to show some form of genuine emotion.

In her eyes appeared to be pure fear. She has the look I used to get when I had nightmares.

Her head dropped back down and into my chest. She seemed to relax a bit but muttered somethings under her breath.

"Th-thank you G..."

I smiled at her before it dropped a bit as I felt my cheeks grow hotter.

"I-It's okay, Dove, as long as you're alright," I stutter, running my bony fingers through her silky black hair.

With that he left. We sat there, in the dark, for a while. I comforted her, and she held onto me, like I was the only thing she had left in this world. It was like...this was natural.

With how we are right now I don't know how I ever got mad at her. Not like I fully trust her but she appears to be friends with everyone already.

I know Paps trusts her, Undyne's a little iffy on her, but everyone else seems to like her.

What I can't get out of my head is 'what would scare her this bad?'
