2 weeks later
Brennan still hasn't replied to me! I'm exceptionally worried. I've sent him so many messages and called him so many times. Mum could see how much I was stressing out, so she took the quads to her house last Friday. I miss them but I've got to admit that it's been less stress for me.
I get dressed and go downstairs to cook myself some breakfast. It's so quiet without anyone here. I make bacon and eggs for breakfast. I sit down on the deck outside to eat them. It's so nice outside! I can't wait till mine and Brennan's kids grow up and we can sit out here as a family and watch them play.
Oh right. Brennan. I completely forgot for a second that my boyfriend hadn't replied to me.
I go back inside and see my phone ringing on the counter. Brennan?
I pick it up. But no it's just mum.
A- Hello?
M- Hi Annie! Your kids are doing great, just wanted to know if you wanted to-
Another incoming call
A- Hold on mum, I have an incoming call.
I pull my phone away from my ear to see who it is. Brennan. He finally called me!
A- I call you back soon mum! Brennan just called me!
I change lines so that i can talk to Brennan. But what I hear, is something I wished I would never ever hear.
