You probably get sick of seeing these authors notes but because we are half way through the sequel, I decided to share some information about myself ❤️ here are some facts!
1. My real name is Olivia but everyone calls me Liv or Livvy
2. I am 16 years old
3. I live in New Zealand
4. I have a brother and a sister
5. I am the eldest
6. I am a rep cricket player and I play in four teams (my college 1st 11, secondary school girls, u18 reps and senior women)
7. Most people don't know what cricket is so I'm always stuck explaining it to people
8. It's the 3rd day of summer and I already have sun stroke (I get sun stroke a lot because playing cricket, you are in the sun for 6-10hours a day ❤️
9. I have a chipped bone in my foot and it can't be fixed, I was on crutches for 6 months trying to fix it and afterwards I practically had to learn how to walk again, it still hurts a lot now
10. I did dancing for 8 years, I stopped in 2012, and I'm still very flexible
11. I live in a small town an hour and a half away from New Zealand's capital, Wellington
12. My favourite subject at college is Geography ❤️

We need to get out of here.

"RUN KATIE RUN!", I scream/whisper.

We run towards the car and I jump into the passengers seat. I put my foot on the gas pedal and drive away. I turn around to see people running after us.
What the hell happened?

"Katie, why the hell are we wanted?", I turn to look at her. She looks worried. I'm feeling the same way.

I keep on driving.

"Annie, I'm shocked, I don't know how this could of happened".

We are about 15minutes away from New York now and 20 minutes away from finding Brennan.

I turn the music up loud, and both Katie and I start singing. We need to get out minds off of everything that is happening.

Sirens. Behind us. Right behind us.

I look in the review mirror, they are chasing us.

I'm not stopping. I don't care if I make this worse, I'm not stopping and going to jail, because that means Brennan is at risk.

We are so close to finding Brennan, I can't give up now.

Another police car joins the chase. I keep on driving.

I turn around and there are another two.

Why is this happening?

We reach the outskirts of New York and the police cars turn their lights off. Why would they stop?

We keep on driving. I turn to look at Katie and she's crying.

I reach out to rub her back.

"Shhh, Katie! Everything's going to be okay", I gently say.
"Annie, nothing's going to be okay! This is all so messed up! First Mia and Dylan are found not guilty, Brennan left for college and is now missing! We are wanted for something and we have no idea what! You left your four babies at home with your mum AND we are competing in the Olympics this year! Nothing is going to be okay, Annie, it's all stuffed up", she says while crying.

As she finishes saying her sentence, we pull into our destination. Brennan here we come.

I slam the car door shut and run towards the old abandoned building. I push open the old rusty doors and run inside.

No ones in here.

I look at Katie and she looks as confused as me.

Then I feel my phone vibrate.

I see you avoided going to jail just so you could save your precious Brenny Boo 💞 well too bad you can't, because you fell for my precious trap ❤️

I keep reading the text message and I'm expecting to see Mia's name, after everything that has happened, but I don't, I see someone's name I wish I could forget.
