Being gay is hard... being kicked out of your house because of it is even harder. Mason is a mute. He figures if ONE WORD caused so much mayhem then he won't talk at all. His mother kicked him out for being gay and now he has to start out on his own. When he meets Jeremy it makes life just that more complicated. Jeremy is openly gay causing Mason some heart trouble. Mason still hasn't told another soul that he is gay and Jeremy is insistant about getting him to open up and talk again.
