Since this book has been so popular, I have been thinking about publishing recently. With careful consideration I decided to publish through Amazon. Ebooks and paperbacks will be available this week sometime (Today being December 12, 2018 for future readers.)!!! Ebooks will be $0.99 and paperback will be $5.00.
