POV Kai's

Subtly, Lloyd placed his hand on my left leg's thigh and laughed. Had he gone mad? The words he was ranting on with, the raging fire stirring, culminating inside. His face still cherubic in the dimly lit room. No matter how hateful I was towards his comely self, the amatory feeling of want lay. It was like a challenged now, see how far I could get. The four walls becoming the board to move my pieces on.

"I'm sorry", Lloyd laughed, "I-I just can't believe we've gone from completely in love, to in a deep hatred for each other".

"Or so you think", I let my words trail off into Lloyd's finely examined mind.

Inching ever so slowly over, my hand was placed between his legs. Lloyd's face became bright red with intimidation. Our faces so close they almost touched. Lloyd closed his eyes, unveiling his fear and intentions for the situation.

"Just-", I whispered, "go".

Our lips being like magnets as we crashed into each other's and lightly sucked on each other's lips. My hand panned up to behind his soft neck and pulled at the longer blonde strands of hair.

Lloyd held my free hand and smiled against the kiss.

"That's it", Lloyd placed his head against my chest, "that's all I needed to know for sure that you still care, that you still share the same feelings, that-that".

I rudely interrupted Lloyd with, "who says I share those feelings? The gushy 'dating' feelings? That was just a goddamn kiss. It meant nothing.... well nothing, for now".
