After we went back upstairs, I laid on Sky's bed
"I'm so tired"
"Same"
She walked into her closet and started to look for new clothes to change into
"Soo.....I need to tell you something"
"Is it bad?"
"Well,no. Actually, maybe a little bit"
"What is it?"
"I have to go to Florida for a while"
"How long is a while?"
"About 2 weeks"
"Ok, just as long as you are home for Christmas"
"I promise I will"
"Why do you need to go?" she walked into her bathroom to change
"I need to go visit some friends and family plus a couple meetings
"Oh ok. When do you leave?"
"Tomorrow"
"You waited until the last day to tell me that you are leaving?"
"I was going to tell you but I completely spaced it and forgot"
"What about your birthday?"
"I'm coming home on the 19th"
"Okay"
"Will you go to my classes and get all of my homework assignments while I'm gone?"
"Of course"
"Thanks baby"
She walked out of the bathroom with a black tank top on and blue and black checkered pajama pants on "your welcome"
I was laying on my back, staring at the ceiling and I felt her climb on top of me and lay down. she wrapped her arms around the back of my neck and buried her face in my shoulder. I wrapped my arms around her back and held her tightly. After a few minutes, I felt skylar's breathing get softer and I knew she fell asleep.
I heard someone come up the stairs and walk into the doorway "aww, how cute" I heard Mrs. Andrew's voice say softly. She turned the lights off and left the room. I felt my eyelids get heavy and I drifted off to sleep.
