I hesitated to push publish. I don't want to hurt my fans by how negative I am feeling but it's the truth. I felt my finger click the button.

That's it, I uploaded the video. There's no turning back now.

Instantly, I got thousands of tweets, twitter dm's, instagram dm's, YouTube comments, and texts and phone calls from my friends.

After about an hour, I heard someone knock on the door and my mom let them in. I looked up as I heard them walk in my doorway.

Jake and Bradlee stood there staring at me

"What are you guys doing here?"

"Why are you quitting YouTube?"

"You saw the video"

"Yeah, I did. You can't do this over a girl. There's over three million fans that are devastated, they count on you"

"I want to be happy"

"You were happy with YouTube"

"I was happy with Skylar"

"Don't you see what's happening? If she can go to bed knowing you're hurting, she doesn't love you"
