Sean's POV:

"Where are they going?" I asked my mom as Serris and Ken ran off.

"They're gonna go follow the police officer to go help Naomi." She tells me as she packs my things.

"What?! Mom I need to go!" I say trying to stand on my own.

"No, Sean. You can't. You haven't even recovered yet." She tries to sit my back down but I push her hand away gently.

"Mom, Naomi needs me. No one knows Naomi as much as I do. Not even Ken. She needs me." I tell her.

"Sean..."

"Mom, please." I pleaded looking no where else but her eyes.

She stares back into mine and she finally gives in, "Fine, let's go."

She helps me walk to the car and we speed up to try and catch up to Ken and Serris. I turn on the radio to listen for updates and thankfully there was.

"And at this moment police officers claimed that the suspects have fled the scene where they were last reported to be seen-- Emergency update!"

I turn up the volume as I pay attention every detail.

"Witness has just called the authorities claiming he is chasing after the suspects car with the victim, Naomi DeGuzman, inside fighting for  freedom."

"Mom drive faster!" I demanded as I begin to panic for her safety.

"There is now a high speed chase down at Barrington Street, officials suggest for all vehicle users around the area to switch destinations at once to prevent accidents."

"What's this?! A silver four runner speeds up to the side of the suspects cars as the Honda civic drives up even closer than he was earlier--"

"Wait, did he say 'silver four runner'?" I ask my mom and we both look at eachother in horror.

"You don't think.."

"Sean call your sister now!" She speeds even faster and my heart races even faster as I think of their lives in danger.

I dial her number and call her continously but nothing at all. No answer. Her phone is probably on mute.

"They seem to be on a suicide mission because they are driving dangerously close. Oh no..."

The sound of the reporter makes goosebumps stand on every once of my body and my hand grips tighter on my phone.

"Folks, there has been impact.."

"Serris! Ken!" My mom cries while my phone falls out of my hand.

We both start crying as she stomps on the gas. Moments go by and the radio station comes back on.

"Update report on Naomi DeGuzman."

I sit up straight, wipung my tears as I listen closely to what he was gonna say.

"She is now on the run! I repeat she is now on the run! Officer reports state that she run off after escaping from the car and could not be found after running into traffic. Officials ask anyone in the city to keep an eye out for the missing girl and to contact them as soon as she is sighted."
