Chapter Seven: Becoming Friends

Everything went black and I couldn't see anything. I would be lying if I said I wasn't scared.

How did he find me? I thought he would give up by now? This can't be happening not again.

Tears started forming in my eyes. This is it. All the nightmares that I had of this day are finally coming true. He came back looking for me and now he's found me.

Oh my gosh my mom is going to be devastated when she finds out he took me again. I can't let her go through that again. My poor mom. She's been through a lot already and I won't let this bastard hurt me or her again.

I started yelling but it was no use because my mouth was taped shut. So I started kicking and hitting him but he wouldn't let me go.

I was so scared for my life.

Now I was on this person's shoulder going who knows where.

After a few minutes they finally let me down and I was reliefed when I saw a familiar face.

"Wtf Grayson!? What's your problem!?" I shoved him and punched his arm.

"Woah woah Isabel calm down, and damn your punches hurt." He rubbed his hand and I glared at him.

"Fuck you Grayson! I'm not going to calm down when I thought you were someone who was trying to kidnap me and hurt me! You don't know what I've been through. I was scared for my life. Why didn't you put me down when I was kicking and hitting you?" I was filled with anger, but that anger started forming into anxiety. I was out of breath and tears where dripping down my cheeks.

I looked up and Grayson's face became blurry and I blacked out.

I woke up and my head hurt like hell. I got up and I didn't recognize the room.

"Where the hell am I?" I looked around and I didn't see anyone. The last thing I remembered was Grayson's blurry face.

I heard the knob turning and the door opened revealing Grayson with a glass of water.

"Oh you're awake! I was so worried about you." He placed the glass next to the bedside table. "I'm so sorry I scared you. I thought it would he funny to get grab you from the back without you knowing who I was." He looked down at the floor and I could tell he regretted everything he did.

"It's fine Gray. I was just so panicked and scared because I thought you were him and that I wasn't going to see my mom anymore. My mom would've been devastated if she found out I was kidnapped-" Suddenly Grayson looked up and interrupted me.

"Who's him?"

OH. SHIT.

I was so busy blabbing about how I was scared that I didn't realize I said 'him'.

"Uh. What are you talking about?" I tried not looking at him because I knew he would know I was lying if he looked at how nervous I was.

"You said that you thought I was 'him'. He said.

"Well yeah, by him I meant like a kidnapper. Look Grayson can we not talk about this. I really have a bad headache." I tried to change the subject. Hopefully he forgets about it.

"Oh yeah I forgot. I'm sorry I won't talk about that anymore. Here's a glass of water to drink this pain killer with."

He was so sweet. He's always apologizing for everything even if it wasn't anything wrong.

"You don't have to apologize for everything you know." I gave him a sweet smile and drank the pill.

"O-oh yeah... Sorry. Damn I did it again! Sorry. I mean uh.." I giggled at him and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Thank you for everything Gray. Sweet room by the way." I looked around and I loved the way his room was decorated.

He had pictures of him and Ethan on the wall. He also had surfboards nailed to the wall too. His room was a light beige and brown color.

"Thank you." He smiled at me.

"So why'd you even kidnap me?" I asked.

"Well I was wondering if you could do a favor for me."

"What kind of favor?" I asked.

"Oh nothing big you know, just uh to pretend to be Ethan's new girl for a week. It will be totally ea-"

I cut him off before he could say anything else.

Wtf did he just say? Did he say he wants me to pretend to be Ethan's new girl?

"WOAH WHAT? YOU WANT ME TO PRETEND TO BE HIS GIRL?"
