AN Finally updating!! Yayyy!!

ROARRRRRR!!! We didnt know what to do. Darcy fished 'A Guide to Hideous Beasts' out of her robes and rifled through the pages as Draco, Neville, Seamus and I 'held it off' with our wands. 'Aha!' Darcy muttered, dropped her book, grabbed a harp from the corner and started playing beautifully. I recognised the song as Sing, Sweet Nightingale. And amazingly, miraculously, the dog, all three heads rolling, crumpled in a corner and started snoring. There was a trapdoor in the middle of the floor, lying ajar. I saw Neville and Seamus exchange glances. 'Snape,' Seamus said, and jumped down. We heard him yell, 'Its okay, total soft landing!'

Us four dived down to join him. 'Pretty good landing, right guys?' Seamus asked happily. 'Good?! Its Devils Snare! It's got you! ' Terrified, the rest of us watched as coils of the stuff bound us tightly. It was crushing my chest and I was barely able to breathe. 'Darcy!' I choked out. Was she not going to help? She had fell right through a gap in the stuff! Seamus was being slowly strangled and Neville was pinned down. 'I'm trying to remember the spell!' Darcy cried from unnervingly far down. I racked my brains, but it was as though they were being crushed too. Suddenly we heard Seamus' heavy pants stop abruptly. Was he dead?

'Incendio!' Darcy shouted, and we were dropped down, down, down. We all hurried over to Seamus. 'He needs nettle wine,' Darcy confirmed, 'he's in what Muggles call a coma.'

We hurried into the next room-and screamed.

It was Snape.
