Astra Pov

The man was young and looked to be in his early twenties. He was tall and you could see his muscles through the clothing he was wearing. His hair was silver and long. His clear icy-blue cold piercing eyes that stared deeply into my own made me shiver. He was clearly handsome and many hearts must have been broken when he had gotten married.

"Are you Astra," he asks me. His voice had a deep soothing sound to it that made me feel calm for some reason.

"Yes father, my name is Astra," I say to him curtsying.

"There's no need for that Astra, your my daughter so no need to be so formal," he says calmly.

I look up at him and see that he has a gently smile on his face. Suddenly everything became blurry. I felt something wet on my face and realized I was crying. I wasn't sure if it was because my own father never smiled at me with such a look or if it was because she never met her father that she longed to see her life.

"Father," I cry as I ran to him. I jumped up and threw my arms around his neck. Out of instinct he caught me and I could feel his body stiffen at the contact. But then he relaxed and gently held me in his embrace.

"Were you lonely Astra," he softly asks me rubbing his large and in circles on my back n a comforting manner.

I could only nod my head. When I tried to speak my voice came out in a chocking sob. I would only burry my face in his chest and tightly hold on to him.

No Ones Pov

The servants who had seen the pair silently left them alone at the front of the mansions door. While Astra has holding onto her father tightly worried that this won't be real, Akihiko held his daughter whispering gentle words to calm her down. After a while Astra fell asleep and Akihiko carried her to the carriage.

"Berta, Bella, Seith, prepare everything necessary for the ride home. It's going to take a few months as long as everything runs smoothly so we will leave without a seconds delay," says Akihiko to the three who waited by the doors outside the room for when everything calmed down.

"Yes, master," the three say together before getting everything ready for the journey home. Berta gets all of the things that they would need like clothing, blankets,tools, supplies, etc. Bella helps Seith wrap all the food and cooking supplies, etc.

When everything was ready they all set off. It was late in the night and the only ones that stayed up was the males of the group. Akihiko, Seith, and Deemer were the only ones outside of the carriage while Berta, Bella, and Astra were inside sleeping or resting.

They all traveled through the forest throughout the night and never ran into any trouble. This started to worry the men and they were on guard throughout the night. This is because they could clearly see the destruction that was off to the side in the distance of the path they were on.

"Your Grace, it's too silent. I get the feeling that something terrible may happen if we continue going on the path we've taken. As I'm sure you noticed, there have been signs that something was fighting the beasts in the forest, and what ever it was is clearly not something to be a small weak animal we can handle. If we were by ourselves then perhaps we have a chance if it's at our level but since the woman and your daughter is in the carriage, I believe it would be best to rest and hope it will gone far away in the morning," says Deemer.

Deemer is the son of Berta. His mother was the one who watched over Akihiko when he was a child.  He was captain of the guards that protect Akihiko's family and also his best friend along with Seith.  The three of them grew up together and studied at the academy since they were young.

"Alright let's set up camp.  I'll take the first watch, Deemer you help the woman and Astra get ready and Seith and I will set up camp," says Akihiko in response to Deemer.  He was right after all, if they were by themselves then they would be fine since they all are highly skilled fighters that has two to three abilities not to mention they all had treasured weapons.

"I will take the first watch Sir," says Seith to Akihiko, "And don't  argue with me because what if we were to run into the beast.  You are the strongest here so you should rest up before we head out in the morning," he then adds when he say that Akihiko was going to protest.

Seeing he wasn't going to win against him he then says, "Alright, fine, you take first watch then I will take seco-," only to be interrupted again.

"I will take second watch, Sir, you need to rest.  You rushed here without resting and left when you met Miss Astra  because you wish to bring her home as soon as possible.  As your guard and friend ask of you, please rest," Deemer interrupts him.  

"You were with me the whole time too, Deemer, so you also need to rest," argues Akihiko.   

"I was able to rest along with Seith when you were with your daughter at the front of the mansion.  We both know you well enough to know you would wish to leave immediately so that's why we were able to leave so quickly," says Deemer.

Seeing that he was not going to get any farther with them about this, he lets out a sigh before telling them he will take the last watch.  Then three three of them get ready doing exactly as Akihiko told them before except that it was now Seith taking first watch over himself.

It only took ten minutes before they all set up camp.  Astra, Bella, and Berta stayed in the same tent while Akihiko and Deemer stayed in the second.

Later into the night when Seith let his guard down and went to switch with Deemer, Astra slipped out of the arms of Bella who was holding onto her fast asleep muttering something about Seith (A.N. Possible future ship hint, hint if you know what I mean)

Hearing Bella whisper Seith's name she couldn't help but laugh silently.  It appears her maid is not to honest about her feelings for the man and chooses to hide it by always getting mad at him.  Making note that she would need a closet large enough for two, which she would likely have, an enchanted rope that will cancel Seiths abilities,a lie to keep others from being suspicious of their absence, and a week at most, she predicted she would be able to get the two together.  And be lectured and grounded by Bella and the adults.  But it would be worth it.

What she didn't know was that in the forest, her father, Deemer, Seith, Bella, Berta, and herself was not the only ones in the forest and that something stronger than anything and someone that will become one of the strongest in the world is also there too.  And by sneaking out, her life will no longer be peaceful.  But hey, she didn't want to live a boring life anyway.
