Chapter 14

Camila's P.O.V

The morning sun had kissed her awake. Slivers of light peeped through the stain glass window, casting colourful patterns across Lauren's angelic, sculptured face. She opened her eyes and slowly, drowsily and lopped sidedly smiling at me. Our naked bodies were draped in the pure white sheets, however we were far from pure after last night.

"Good morning beautiful" I whisper and Lauren giggles softly into the crook of my neck, I could get used to this.

"Good morning my gorgeous girlfriend" Lauren smiles

"Last night was the best time of my life" I say

"Mine too, I can't stop thinking about it" Lauren smirks and then leans forward gently kissing my lips and tracing the bare skin on my sides, rubbing my hip and then bringing our foreheads together, staring into each other's eyes, her beautiful emerald orbs glistening and hypnotising me into a state of bliss.

"You're so beautiful" I hush and roam my thumb over her lips and then rub her flushed cheeks.

"And so are you Camz" Lauren rasps

"I think we should put some clothes on, before I get tempted again" I giggle

"Hmm, ok" Lauren hums and then proceeds to begin to put her bra on and button up her blouse and then the rest of her uniform with the signature red and orange Gryffindor tie. I also get changed and I also put on the same tie a and Gryffindor robe on.

"Ready for first lesson princess" I smile

"Yep" Lauren says popping the p loudly

Lauren's P.O.V
"As you know the annual 150th Yule ball is approaching, and this lesson will be dedicated to practicing the skill of dancing" Professor Mcgonagall declares, a loud groan from the boys sounded all of them not wanting to do so.

"I want you to pair up with someone of the opposite gender, now" Mcgonagall shouts

"That is totally unfair, I don't want to pair up with a boy, girls are far better" I whine

"Well for the purpose of this exercise I will need you to pair up with a male student" Mcgonagall scowls

"May I ask why" I say

"Typically male and females attend together and dance together so that's why" Mcgonagall quietly says

"Isn't that kind of homophobic" I question

"Well I mean if you put it in that way Miss Jauregui then you would be correct, so you may pair up with whoever you desire" Mcgonagall says

"Camila, may I have this dance my lady" I smirk and hold out my hand waiting for her to grab onto it

"Yes of course" Camila laughs and happily rises from her chair and grips tightly onto my hand.  The music spun around them lifting away gravity. She couldn't count how many times she had squished his foot under her own. Still Camila smiled brightly as their heels clicked over the hall floor. Camila watched as her hair spun out and bounced more with each move and beat. This was perfect. This was dancing and art coming to life, strong pointed moves didn't matter here. All that mattered was the person in front of you.

"That's it Miss Jauregui and Miss Cabello" Mcgonagall shouts

"Everyone see how they have so much energy and passion, ok now everyone else try to follow that" The professor adds

The two girls continued to dance, Lauren's hand positioned on Camila's waist and then Camila's hand firmly on Lauren's shoulder. They begin to do the simple waltz steps going from left to left right, right then right and left again. Then after completing the dance bringing their heads together and I softly pecked Camila on the lips.

"Lesbo's" someone calls out and I suddenly feel the fury rush through my body.

"How is this allowed" the person repeated then it sunk in it was Mahone

"Shut up Austin being in love with someone of the same gender isn't a crime" Shawn defends

"Who was talking you, Mendes" Austin snaps

"Your talking trash about people of my kind" Shawn yells

"Your people, oh you're gay, well who expected that" Austin giggles

"Shut up" Shawn shouts

"Well I was talking to Jauregui to be honest not you so please don't think you have the rights to talk to me" Austin says

"Leave him alone Austin, you're an absolute piece of shit you know that" I snarl

"Oh Lauren, let's play nice now" Austin sneers whilst getting closer to Lauren

"Don't come near me and my girlfriend, you little cunt" I groan

"Such a pretty girl isn't she, shame she's gay I could change that" Austin grins and lips his lips

"What did I say, back off" I growl and grab Austin by the collar

"That's quite enough Miss Jauregui and Mr Mahone" Mcgonagall screams

"Come near Camila again and I will kill you" I shout pushing him away

"I'm really scared" Austin taunts

"You should be" I whisper and turn away from him 

"You ok Babe" Camila asks her eyes filled with fear

"Yes, I'm fine" I reply and kiss her forehead

"I love you, you know that if anything ever happened I will always love you" I add

"What are you on about Lauren, nothing's going to you, I love you too you dork" Camila smiles

"I know, I just wanted you to know how much I love you" I say

"You don't have to prove your love to me, I know you do Lauren" Camila grins

"Good" I reply
