The character is always between the age group of 16-18 or 17 in particular.
Example: "Hi, I'm Mia," I told the girl. "How old are you?" she asked innocently. "Seventeen." I smiled. "Well I'm eighteen," she said, sassy flipped her hair, and walked away. Wow, she looked like she was 6 or 7.
Why This Is Annoying: It is surveyed that most people on wattpad are 13-18 which is not far when only the 16-18 group gets all the fame when we are here eating chips and getting no views on a non-cliche story.
How To Fix This: You see children. People get mad over stupid things. This is why we created these kind of books. Now to fix this, use ages like 19-23. This is around college so you can have parties and sneak out. Here is a video of what college is like:
