Chapter 23

  My eyes widened and my breath hitched in my throat as they went at each other. They grabbed each other in the air before toppling down onto the grass and daisy covered ground. Louis smacked Tyler in the head with his large paw and I would guess it would be the equivalent to a human punch. Tyler turned his head with the force and growled before extending his claws and slashing Louis on the shoulder in the exact same spot as their previous fight.

  I gasped wanting to move forward and stop them, but my feet wouldn't listen to my mind. They were glued to the ground.

  Louis didn't even flinch when Tyler slashed his shoulder causing four claw marks to spill blood. He tried to slash him again, but Louis ducked out of the way and kicked Tyler off him with his hind legs.  Louis pounced to his feet and growled before running and attacking Tyler once again. They rolled around until Louis landed on top of Tyler and pinned his arms out across the grass with his large black fur covered paws. Louis' lip curled up showing off his canines as he lowered them down to Tyler's open neck. Louis opened his mouth ready to bite into his jugular when Tyler whipped up into a standing position throwing Louis towards me.

  I screamed and jumped to the right landing on my side as Louis came crashing down into the dirt and sliding into the concrete water fountain. Dirt flew up with the force causing some dirt to cover my clothes and skin.

  "No!"  My hand flew up to cover my mouth that was opened up in shock. Tyler stalked over to where Louis laid near unconsciousness and placed his white fur covered paw against his chest to hold him down.

  I quickly stood and rushed over to where they were. Tyler's head whipped up to face me causing me to come to an immediate halt. His golden eyes narrowed in my direction and his snout pulled up in almost a smirk showing off his sharp canines. My green eyes glanced down at Louis' still figure. His beautiful eyes were closed and his breaths were shallow and short. My eyes met Tyler's golden ones once again with fear lacing through them.

  Please Louis. I need you. Now.

  I prayed silently as I took a step backwards cautiously to move away from the aggressive werewolf. Tyler looked down at Louis before meeting my eyes once again. A thought crossed my mind and I looked up at the castle.
 

  "HELP!" I screamed as loud as I possibly could. Tyler let out a low warning growl to get me to stop, but I refused. "Help!" I screamed again while I took another step back almost as if to back out of Tyler's intense glare. "Please! Help!" Tyler curled his lip and let out a louder growl causing a unnerving chill to run down my spin. 

  I heard the huge wooden doors to the castle slam open with force causing my head to turn in the direction of the castle.
