Harry: Harry would be rendered speechless. He wouldn't know what he expected, but it certainly wasn't that. He would have been so used to seeing you in your Hogwarts robes that he wouldn't know how to react to seeing you in formal attire, especially in such a gorgeous dress.

Ron: Ron would be amazed at how beautiful you looked. He would note how dress complimented every little curve and flair of your body, and how well the color suited you. Needless to say, you would be on his mind all day after that.

Draco: Draco would seem quiet and stoic at first glance. However, there would be so much going through his head - how well it accented the shape of your body, how nice the color of the dress was, and, most of all, how good you looked

Fred and George: (I'm putting these two together because, honestly, their reactions would be similar.) When meeting with Fred or George after putting on your dress, he would be silent at first. Once he found the right words, he would grin and tell you just how glad he is to have you as his date.
