*Annabeth's POV*

As soon as I sit my ass in the car, Talia starts squealing.

"OMG OMG OMG, Annabeth! I think Louis fancy's youuu!" She smirks.

My eyes widen and I scoff at the thought. "That's ridiculous! Why on earth would someone like Louis fancy someone like me? And incase you don't remember, he has a girlfriend! I would never hurt Eleanor like that and he shouldn't either!"

She rolls her eyes. "Obviously you haven't been on twitter lately."

I put my eyebrows together in confusion. "What do you mean?"

She sighs. "Eleanor and Louis broke up."

I hit the breaks on the car, thankfully at a red light, and look at her shocked. "WHAT!?"

She squeezes her eyes shut and takes a deep breathe. "Eleanor and Louis. They broke up."

My eyes widen and I feel a mix of emotions. I lean back against the seat and my brain goes into overdrive.

What happened? Why did they breakup? Who broke up with who? Did something serious happen? Did one of them cheat? Was the relationship fake? Was it just not working out? They seemed like the perfect couple, their personalities fitting together like puzzle pieces. I've always wished to have a lovely relationship like theirs, getting to wear matching outfits, take goofy photos together, travel the world together, and just be able to have a good laugh. This break up actually devastates me.

But in another point of view, it actually gets me thinking more. Does Louis really fancy me? We only just met today, so I think it's highly unlikely. I'm just a normal girl anyways, what's so interesting about that?

"Annabeth. I see that look in your eyes. Your overthinking it. STOP!" Talia scolds me.

The light turns green and I start driving again. I try to clear my mind by thinking about other things that have little to no importance, but no matter what I can't seem to shake the thought of Louis.

When I pull into the driveway at our flat, I get out of the car, still in deep thought, and unlock the front door. When I walk in, I toss my keys on the tray by the door and plop down on the couch. Talia soon joins me and huffs.

"What now?" She asks while staring blankly into space.

"I dunno. What do people normally do after meeting and having a normal conversation with One Direction and wondering if one of them actually fancies you all at once? Because I've got nothing." I say bluntly while shrugging my shoulders.

"No idea, but I say we watch a film. How about that?" She asks with her eyebrows raised.

I nod. "Sure. Put in Safehaven."

Talia pulls herself up off of the couch and opens the movie cabinet underneath the telly. She searches for a few minutes before finally pulling out one of my favorite movies. She puts it in the DVD player and plops back down on the couch next to me.

By the time we finish watching Safehaven, The Notebook, Love Actually, and Yours, Mine, and Ours, it's about midnight and my cheeks are soaked. Talia ordered pizza which we ate every piece of and miraculously, I kept it down. I only had two pieces, and my stomach is churning making me highly uncomfortable, but I down a few glasses of water and I feel a bit better.

Talia has fallen asleep on the couch, so I take a blanket from the back of the couch and throw it over her. She stirs a bit and turns on her side, but doesn't wake. I smile at my exhausted best friend and walk down the hall to my bedroom.
