*Annabeth's POV*

The ringing of a phone wakes me up, and I almost ignore it, but the more it rings, the more frustrated I become. I sit up, ignoring the painful crick in my neck, and snatch my phone from the coffee table.

"Hello?"

"Annabeth!" I instantly recognize Talia's voice on the other end of the line. "Sorry I never came home last night, I was out late with some of the team. I crashed at Kelsey's since I didn't feel like driving home."

I pull my phone away from my ear and look at the time. Eight-thirty six?

"Talia, what day is it?"

"Erm, Tuesday. Why?"

My eyes widen. "Shit!"

I sit up from the couch and that's when I realize that I'm not at home.

It takes me a minute, but I finally come to terms that I'm still at Louis'. I must've fallen asleep...

"Annabeth? You still there?"

I huff, feeling stupid. "Yeah, unfortunately."

"Where are you? I haven't seen you on campus today, so-"

"I fell asleep at Louis' and I overslept, long-story-short. My teachers are gunna fucking kill me!" I feel my anxiety starting to build, my hands feeling sticky with perspiration.

"Annabeth, calm down! For one, they aren't going to kill you. You're a straight A student, and a teachers pet for Christ's sake, they're probably glad you're taking a day to yourself! And secondly, you need to get control of your anxiety! It isn't good for you to get so worked up. You know better!" Talia scolds me.

I take a few deep breaths before wiping each of my hands on my jeans. "Okay. Okay. I'm fine."

"Good! Now where is your boyfriend? It's oddly quiet back there, I wasn't interru-"

"No!"

Talia giggles. "I was just making sure!"

I groan. "Yeah, sure you were."

"Anyway, I need to go. I have class unlike some people." Talia teases.

"Shut up!"

I hear her cackle before hanging up the phone. I toss my phone back on the coffee table and throw myself back on the couch.

"Hdkshsksusnbsladndlssbslsudmk." I grumble into the pillow my head was laying on that smells like Louis.

Speaking of Louis, I hear footsteps coming down the hallway before the sleepy looking lad appears.

"Morning, Lou." I smile sheepishly.

"Morning." He half yawns, half moans. I almost laugh at how tired he looks.

"Did you sleep at all last night?" I ask him, standing up to give him a hug.

Louis' eyes look towards the floor and he mumbles something that I can't hear. "Erm, yeah, you could say that."

I frown a little, pushing back some of the hair that has fallen in his eyes. I wrap my arms around his waste. "I'm sorry to hear that."

Louis pulls me to him, holding me strangely tight.

I cough slightly, chuckling. "Um, Lou? Your kinda, sorta cutting off some of my oxygen supply, babe."

Louis jumps. "Oh, I'm sorry, love." He releases me quickly, apologizing. He looks at me with a certain gleam in his eyes, almost as if he's trying not to cry.
