He liked her. He liked her. He liked her. There was no denying it. Adrien Agreste liked, no loved, Marinette Dupain-Cheng. And he screwed it up. He walked into school the next day, Marinette blushing hard. She had a small, tiny-winy crush on that cat, but wouldn't admit it to anyone. She sighed as she tried to do her homework in study hall with Alya.

"You okay girl? That's like your fifth sigh in ten minutes." Alya tilted her head to the side and looked at her best friend.

"I'm fine, just, tired." She smiled and Alya nodded. They continued their homework. Adrien and Nino walked into the library where the two girls were studying. It's been a week or two, Chat hasn't came back and she won't speak to Adrien.

Nino smiled and Adrien followed him as he walked over to them. He mentally cursed at himself. He didn't want to ruin Marinettes life as much as he already did. "Hey dudettes. Mind if we study with you?"

Marinette pulled out her phone, pretending to check the time. "A-actually I have to go help my parents at the bakery! See you later bye!" She picked up her things and walked out of the library, sprinting to her locker and putting her books away then running to the bakery.

Alya sighed and looked at both boys. "Sorry, she's done this a lot lately."

"Why?"

"Something to do with her emotions. If it were me, I would say she's avoiding one of you," Alya crossed her arms and the bell rang, signaling lunch. They walked out of the school and walked to the bakery. Marinette was moving pastries from the oven to the counter and sorting them into their places while decorating cupcakes at the same time. "Hey girl. Mind getting us some croissants?"

"Only if you pay." Marinette giggled as they sat at a table. Alya payed her and Marinette gave them their food. She walked away fast when she saw that Adrien was with them.

"Marinette, I know your friends are here but could you get us some things at the store?" Sabine asked and Marinette nodded. She gave her a list and some money and Marinette left the bakery and went down to the store. she walked inside, got what was on the list then left for home. She was going to miss a little school but it was only a few minutes. She walked into the bakery, gave her parents the ingredients then walked to school with a little note. she walked into the courtyard, a giant hand grabbing her by the waist.

"What?! Put me down!" Marinette yelled at the top of her lungs. The Akuma held her up to his eyes and he smirked.

"You'll do just fine little Princess." He smirked and Marinette shivered at the lust in his voice.

"Let go of me!" Marinette yelled as the classes ran out of their rooms and watched Marinette scream for help. "Let go!" She tried to get out of his grip but couldn't.

"No." He smirked and walked away from the school, taking giant steps as he did so.

"Let go of my Princess!" Chat kicked him in the face and he dropped Marinette.
