Ashley watched as he gently held her hand to his lips, kissing her bruised knuckles. He put her hand back down and she giggled. "What's so funny?" Adrien chuckled lightly.
"That you treat her like a girlfriend." He blushed. She practically was.
"I guess. I just admire her," he smiled. "What I find funny is what a deep sleeper she is." Ashley nodded and they laughed.
She looked at him from the side as he gazed up at her, his head resting on his folded arms on her bed. "You, don't just admire her, do you?" Gabriel stood at the closed door with Sabine and Tom. She was getting them so they could monitor them without being worried.
"No. I love her," he sighed and Ashley nodded, her blue hair covering her eyes a little. He looked over to her and smirked. "Do you love anyone?" She blushed and looked away from him. He laughed. "You don't have to tell me, I'm just kidding around."
"O-Okay," she looked at Ladybug as she groaned awake. She looked at Adrien and smiled. "H-Hi Ladybug!" She blurted out and she giggled and smiled.
"Hi. I never got your name before."
"A-Ashley, ma'am." She stuttered.
"You don't have to call me ma'am," Ladybug giggled and sat up. She looked at Adrien. "Adrien, why're you here? Don't you have a photoshoot or something?" She glared at him. She knew his schedule better then him. He had fencing in five minutes that he obviously was going to skip.
"I have fencing but I'm gonna skip it to be with you." He smiled and Gabriel growled.
"You should go to it. I don't want your Father getting made at me for you missing it."
"It's just a dumb hobby I don't like. I wanna spend time with you," he looked at Ashley and smiled. "And you."
"R-Really?" He nodded and so did Marinette. Ashley smiled bigger. "O-Okay!" The group of nurses passed by the room and gasped at her. They ran into the room, nearly scaring them all to death.
"Ashley you know better then this. Those families just want to help you." A nurse grabbed her arm and she hissed and pulled it away.
"No!" Nurses grabbed her and pull her away from the room. Adrien ran into the hall, Marinette following even though he told her to stay. "Let go of me!"
"Wait!" Adrien ran to them and Marinette tried to catch up with him. He sighed and picked her up so she wouldn't get that hurt. "Why doesn't she stay with me?"
"Because her foster family is already chosen."
"But she obviously doesn't want to go! Doesn't that matter?" Adrien was growling so low only Plagg heard it.
"No. She refuses every family so we chose now." They shoved her into the elevator and Adrien growled as it shut. Marinette groaned and he looked down at her. Her stitches popped. Blood seeped onto her nightgown.
"Mari!" He yelled and ran to her room and locked the door. Their parents watched from the hall window. He found a first aid kit with stitches and lifted her dress.
"A-Adrien, what're you doing?" She winced again. Another popped.
He put her IV in, pumping in her morphine. She relaxed. "This'll sting so, here," he rolled up a towel and she looked at him worried. "Trust me, bite," she bit the towel and he lifted her nightgown and looked at her. Her eyes widen. "Trust me. I learned how to do this in just in case emergencies."
She took the towel out. "A-Adrien. Just get a doctor. They'll fix me!"
"Marinette, do you trust me," she bit her lip and nodded. "Then trust me with this. They'll get here late. I know it and you would've bleed out."
"O-Okay. I trust you." She bit on the towel and he kissed her forehead.
"One, two three," she bit down on the towel as he fixed the stitching as quick as he could. "Last one, okay?" She nodded. "One, two , three," he did it and she winced again. He finished it and cut off the rest then kissed her forehead. "You'll be okay, you'll be okay." He took the towel out of her mouth and pet her hair.
"H-How do you know?"
"I just do," he his fixed her dress and pulled her blankets up. He unlocked the door. The parents didn't walk in or even run. They just stood at the window, speechless. He lied down on the couch and she looked over at him. "Get some sleep. I'll be right here with you." She nodded and they both fell asleep in their spots. Their parents went home, speechless about Adriens actions.
