I run faster and faster. She's growing so pale. I see the hospital. I smile and look down at her. "You'll be okay M'Lady. You'll make it," I look up and run inside. nurses run to me and I put her on a stretcher. They ask questions and I'm at a lost for words. I grab the doctor by the shoulder. He looks at me. "Please, save her."

"I'll do the best I can." He runs off and a nurse directs me to a waiting room. I bit my lip and pray she'll be okay. I text our parents to come to the hospital and they show up soon after, worried expressions. I explain what happened. A nurse walks up to me.

"Mr.Noir-"

"Chat will be okay."

"Okay, Chat, we can't get her to detransform. We can't operate until she does."

"O-Okay," I try to think, Plagg booming in my head. Ask Tikki. How? Go to her ear and whisper her detransformation. What's her detransformation? Tikki, Spots Off. I walk with the nurse into the room. I rub my thumb on Ladybugs cheek and smile. I go to her ear and they all look at me weirdly. "Tikki, Spots Off." A pink flash and Marinette is there with her red mask on. I catch Tikki and put her in my pocket.

"Thank you." The doctor smiles and I leave. I walk back to the waiting room and play with and talk to Tikki as the time passes by. A nurse in animal smocks walks up to me.

"Ch-Chat Noir, me and the other nurses on the children floor were wondering if you could come up and make them happy. Could you, do that?"

Of course I could. "I'd love too! I love children!" I smile and ignore my fathers grunt. It's distracting me from Marinette...

I follow her up to the children's floor and put Tikki in my pocket again. I walk in and I'm greeted with twenty nurses pointing in different directions. One to the new arrivals, one to the sickest, one the the kids who've been here the longest. I ignore them and walk my own way. I walk into a room where toys and books are scattered on the ground. "This is the reading and playing wing," I turn to the nurse. "Children come in here and play or read if they're better."

"C-Could you somehow bring all the children in here so I can read to them?"

"Not the sickest. They have to stay in their rooms."

"I-I'll visit them separately," she nods and nurses bring in the children. They all smile and chant my name, well my hero name. I laugh and find a chair and sit down crisis cross. I smile at them and when they're all here I smile bigger. "Hi! I'm guessing most of you know who I am right?" Most nod. "Well, for those who don't know, I'm Chat Noir! I save the say with Ladybug!" They cheer at her name.

"Is she here?!" They all yell.

"Yeah but she can't come up." I nervously scratch the back of my neck.

"Why?" I look at a little girl in the front. She's holding a Ladybug doll in her arm. She has small chunks of brown hair on her head. Does she have cancer? She can't be more then five or six. "Why can't she see us?"

"She's," I try to think of a word other then dying. "Hurt from saving people! She'll be okay though. The doctors here will help her and all of you!" I smile big. I see my father and the Dupain-Chengs in the back by the door.

They cheer. I smile. "Will you read this to us?" The same little girl hands me a book. I look at it. Sleep Beauty. "Please?" She gives me puppy eyes. I notice a Chat Noir doll behind the Ladybug one. I whisper something to a nurse and she nods.
