Three hours. Three hours of fighting and he finally got the Akuma. He dropped and he caught Marinette before she could hit the ground. He caught her then grabbed the akumatized item and broke it, using Cataclysm on the butterfly. He looked at Marinette as she panted. Her cheek was slit. "Marinette I-I'm sorry." He ran his thumb below the slit and she inhaled sharply.

"I-It's fine, I'm fine," she looked up at him and hugged him. He smiled and hugged her back. He felt his shoulder get wet. "Y-You're o-o-okay. You're o-okay." She cried into his shoulder. He held her closer and kissed her forehead. Alya and Nino ran down the hill and to them. Marinette sat on his lap crying.

"I'm okay, you're okay, you make me okay." He kissed the top of her head as she cried. Alya and Nino ran over to them.

"W-Why is my best friend, crying?" Alya panted them caught her breath. "Why is she crying? Answer me you dumb cat!" She yelled and he laughed lightly.

"She's just shaken up," his miraculous beeped. He had four minutes. He sighed. He didn't want to leave her like this. He couldn't. This is the closest she's came to death. She looked up at him. "Mari, go with your parents. I'll get a recharge and then check on you." She nodded and he helped her stand. His ring beeped again and he kissed her forehead. He handed her hands to Alya and she put her arm around him and walked her to her parents. Chat quickly went home and tried to find Camembert.

"Adrien where's my Camembert!" Plagg whined as Adrien searched through the kitchen.

"Don't think I would've gave it to you if I knew where it was!" Adrien yelled and Plagg rolled his eyes. "Help me. I have to get to Marinette!"

"Adrien?" Gabriel stood in the doorway of the kitchen. He flinched and Plagg stayed still. He hoped Gabriel didn't see him. "What, is that, thing?" He pointed at Plagg and Adrien swallowed hard and closed the cabinet and stood up.

"Th-Th-Th-That's P-P-P-Plagg." He stuttered. He didn't want anyone but his Princess finding out.

"Hi do you have Camembert?" Plagg abruptly said and Adrine glared at him.

"Plagg! That's my Father! Show him respect!" Plagg glared at him back.

"Well excuse me if I'm hungry!" He crossed his tiny arms and Adrien rolled his eyes.

"You're always hungry," he sighed. He looked at his Father who was terrified of the tiny creature. "Father?"

"Why is he here?" He gulped.

He bit his lip. Plagg couldn't tell anyone himself but he knows who Ladybug is. "H-H-H-He turns me i-i-i-into Ch-Chat N-Noir." He stuttered and Gabriel, just stared at him.

"Hey buddy, got anything to say, say it." Plagg flew to his face and Gabriel looked at him, then Adrien.

"Y-You almost got yourself killed today," Adrien sighed. "You almost got yourself killed multiples times! You-"

"I understand if you want me to take the ring off," Plagg looked at him. He balled his hands into fists. "But I'm not. I save people. If I take this ring off people will die and I know it's bad and I can die but I'd rather die then watch innocent people-"

"Okay," Adrien looked at him. Plagg looked at him. "Just, be safe. I don't want you dying. No one does," Adrien and Plagg both thought that if he found out he would have to take the ring off. "Does Ms.Marinette know?"

"No. You're the first," he gulped. "You can't tell anyone who I am. Hawkmoth will try to kill you to get to me."

"I understand the danger," Gabriel looked at Plagg. "Camembert, you said?"

"Yeah, got any? I have to make sure lover boy over there sees his Princess." Plagg teased and Adrien blushed. Gabriel laughed.

"You call Marinette, Princess?" Gabriel laughed as he walked through the destroyed kitchen to the giant fridge. He pulled out a wheel of Camembert from the back and handed it to Plagg who ate it whole.

"I-I saved her once and called myself her knight and it just stuck okay!" Adrien blushed out of embarrassment and Gabriel laughed.

"Well, you should go see your 'Princess'." Gabriel laughed and Adrien transformed and jumped out the window.
