Adrien yawned as he woke up. A nurse smiled at him and walked out of the room after looking a the monitors. Sabine wasn't there anymore. He looked down at Marinette. She was peacefully sleeping, her mask square on her face. He felt his face, mask. When did they put their masks on? He shrugged and held Marinette closer, being careful of her stomach. She moved into him and he laughed and held her closer. She smiled into his chest. He smiled and kissed the top of her head.

She moved her head up and he kissed her gently on the lips. She smiled and kissed him back, wrapping her arms around his neck. He gently held her to him and she winced. He stopped and looked at her. "I-I-I'm sorry! A-A-A-Are you okay?" He stuttered and she nodded.

"Y-Yeah I'm fine. M-My morphine is probably running out." She winced again then groaned in pain. Adrien sat up and held her carefully to him and a nurse walked in and gave her more. She sighed as it rushed through her body. He smiled and carefully held her to him. She giggled as she heard him purr on her head.

"Excuse me," it was Ashley. She smiled at him. "Ch-Chat Noir?"

"Yes?" He nervously laughed and transformed. Marinette couldn't unless she wanted to screw up her stitches.

"I-I wanted to," she saw how they were. "W-Why are you holding Ladybug like that? Don't you have a girlfriend?" Marinette smirked.

"Yeah, don't you?"

"Me and Marinette sadly, aren't together Darling. We honestly never were. I told her I loved her, she never said it back. It was just a silly rumor."

"For, one year?" Ladybug snorted.

"You wanted me," Chat smirked and she scoffed. "Neither of us bother to clear it up," he smiled and she nodded. "What were you going to ask?"

"Th-The kids want to know when you'll be back to visit." She quickly lied.

"Kids?"

"I went to go read to the children yesterday waiting for you," Chat smiled down at her. "Uhm, I don't think I can but maybe I can get Adrien Agreste, the model, to do it for me. Kids like him right?"

"I-I do at least." She smiled and he laughed.

"Okay. Maybe when M'Lady gets ready we can both visit but until then I'll have Adrien go." She nodded and ran out of the room. Marinette bursted out laughing.

"How'll you do that!"

"Go home, change, come here, read to kids, make them smile, visit you," he gently moved her down and stood up. "I'll be back later, okay?" She nodded and he jumped out of her window and ran home and changed. He walked into the hospital and was directed the children's ward and read books. He went to the sicker kids and then walked to the elevator to see Ladybug. A kid bumped into him and he grabbed her by the shoulders. "Woah!" She looked at him. Her green eyes widening. "Where're you going?"

"A-A-Adrien Agreste!" She squealed then saw the nurses running after her. "G-Gotta go!"

"Where are you going!" He ran after her.

"Away from them!" She dodged into a closet and she pulled him in. the nurses ran past and she walked out and went to the elevator.

"Why are you running from them?"

"They want me to go to another foster home." She sighed and walked in. He went with her.

"Foster home?"

"My so called 'family' ditched me here a while back." She groaned and leaned on the wall, then hit all the buttons.

"What's your name?"

"Ashley."

"What's your last name?"

"Don't remember it." She sighed as nurses tried to get on but couldn't since she immediately closed the doors as soon as they opened.

"Chat told me to come here and read to kids. I just finished. Why didn't I see you?"

"I've been running around for a couple hours."

"Oh," he concluded she was running when she visited him. "Wanna go see Ladybug with me?"

"Will they even allow you too?"

"She would, and her mother," he smiled and she nodded. He held out his hand and she hesitantly took it and they walked to Ladybugs room. They walked in and she was dozing off with Sabine reading on the couch. "Ma'am." She stood up and hugged him.

"You've gotten so big Adrien," she smiled and he laughed. He was stronger. You couldn't really see it well in the suit or when he slouched. "You can see her. I was just finishing my book. She's napping right now so give her a couple minutes before waking up and if you need anything call me. I need to take care of some errands." He nodded and she left. He sat by her bedside and Ashley sat next to him.
