I'm so sorry for not updating in ages, I promise it'll be regular from now on💗

Ollie ran onto AAU, and immediately, his attention was drawn to the trauma bay. He stood outside, watching doctors and nurses rush around a patient who was obviously in a bad way. He couldn't see who it was, but as he caught a glimpse of brown hair, his eyes began to well up, and he could only think of one person that could be laying there.

"She's losing a lot of blood." Bernie said, "get me a fast scan, we need to find the source of the bleeding." She commanded.

The various people in the bay started moving around, getting everything they needed and working on the patient. Bernie moved the probe over her abdomen, and a look of urgency washed over her face.

"Okay, there's a tear in the liver- we need to move fast; let's get her prepped for theatre." She informed the team.

Suddenly, there was a beep coming from one of the machines, and everyone stopped what they were doing.

"She's arresting." Serena said, "quickly, charge to 150."

"Stand clear. Shocking." Bernie said, pressing buttons on the machine.

"No output. Shocking again."

They did this continually for half an hour or so, before Serena stepped away.

"I think it's time to call it." She said. "Are we all in agreement?"

She was met with forlorn faces, and a few mumbles, but nobody disagreed.

"Time of death, 00:47." She said, switching off the machines and disconnecting the breathing tube.

"No." Ollie whispered, falling to the floor, the tears running freely down his face.

"Oliver?" Morven asked as she came out of the bay. "Ollie, why are you on the floor?" She asked, crouching down.

"I, I got a call." She started, "they said Zosia was involved in an accident, and that they were taking her to hospital. And now she's, dead!" He cried, pointing to the trauma bay. "What am I going to do? I can bring Penny up alone, I need Zosia, I can't-"

"No! No, Ollie, Zosia isn't dead!" Morven said.

"But she, I saw-" Ollie stuttered.

"That isn't Zosia in there." She said, "she's fine, I promise you. Just a few cuts and bruises, that's all."

"She's alright?"

"Mhm hm. Come on, I'll take you to her." Morven said, getting up and helping Ollie up too.

She led him to a cubicle, and as she drew back the curtain, Ollie started crying again.

"I don't look that bad, do I?" Zosia joked.

"Zosia. Zosia, I love you so much." He cried, going over to her and trapping her in his embrace.

"Where's all this come from?" She asked, "Oll, why are you crying?"

"I, I thought you were dead." He whispered, "When they called it in the trauma bay and I thought it was you, I broke. All I could think of was how much I love you, and how much you mean to me. Zosia, you're my world, and in that moment I thought I'd lost you, I realised that I can't live without you. I love you Zosia March, so, so much."

"Ollie," Zosia whispered, her eyes filling with tears, "Oh Ollie." She repeated. "I love you too." She smiled, kissing him, tears falling as she did. "I'm not going anywhere I promise." She said as they broke apart.

"Me neither." Ollie smiled, putting his arm around her. "Never scare me like that again." He said, half joking, half serious.

"Sorry, sorry." Zosia laughed, "come on, they've said I can leave whenever, let's go home."
