Dashing out of your room, you looked around the apartment. Oak still wasn't out. You sighed, sitting down in a chair. It was Halloween! You were Peridot from Steven Universe ( but a sort of half assed version. )

You'd opted for a shirt with the logo on her chest rather than making the v neck thing, and besides, it would be too cold. You had a gem on your forehead but no wig; along with a pair of jeans that you'd customized to have the top part that was darker green, and yellow diamonds on the knees. You'd also customized Converse that were green with the part that was usually white, as yellow.

" Oak, baby, you almost ready? " you asked, scrolling through your phone. " Uh, I actually need help, " you heard his muffled voice through the door. Opening it, you saw him fumbling with the tie at the back of his crop-top that would hold it together.

Giggling, you went behind him and tied it. " Also, can you glue the gem? " he asked, and you nodded, applying the glue and putting it onto his back.

Oak was your gem counterpart for Halloween; Lapis Lazuli. He had a crop top that had the top portion of the diamond, and alike you, had opted for jeans, also customized with the bottom of the diamond on the front. He had blue converse also.

" Dude, you look great, " you grinned, looking him up and down. He did the same, nodding, " You too, cinnamon bun. You ready to be Lapidot tonight? " he grinned back, wrapping an arm around your waist. " Nerd. Yeah, I am. You wanna stream? "

" Sure, " he nodded, and you went into Instagram, starting the stream. Sitting down on the couch, snuggled next to Oak, you waved at the camera.

" Hey guys. Happy Halloween! We wanted to do a quick stream before we head out, " you said, wrapping an arm around Oak's waist. He responded by lazily tossing one over your shoulders. Many people joined quickly.

You giggled at their questions and friendships, " Thank you, and yes, Peridot and Lapis AKA Lapidot. No kissing until we get in bed, " you joked, Oak lighting up pink. " Anthonyislief and Jasmine.e, you are now my OTP. "

It went on like that for about a half an hour. Questions about if you two were dating, how much you liked Steven Universe and so on.
" Alright, well we're gonna end this so we can Trick or Treat. See you guys later! " you said, shutting it down.

You grabbed the candy bags ( which were lapis and peridot's gems; you had lapis, he had peridot ) as Oak opened the door.
" Ready for a big night? " he grinned, leaning down and giving you a sweet kiss.
" Yeah. Let's go, babe! "
