As soon as we saw the darkness in front of us rip apart, I began to jump in excitement. Kei and Kenichi visibly straightened, clearly eager to get out of here as well. We had been sitting down and waiting in this place for the past twenty minutes and I cant help but get a little impatient. what? I've never been to the human world before!

Needless to say I wasn't prepared for what I was about to encounter.

We ended up in a small park, the city a couple of blocks away. The air was stale and carried some of the foulest stenches mixed with flowery fragrances that made me want to barf. The atmosphere was low in reishi too, nothing like Hueco Mundo, which was rich and thick with reishi. It took me a minute of deep breaths to get used to the deprived air. I could hear Kei and Kenichi panting behind me as well. The sun shined bright too, nearly blinding my sensitive eyes.

There were some good things though. There were lucious and vivid colors that I'd only imagined in Hueco Mundo. They were bright and vibrant; it seemed like it all pulsed with life. And with the low reishi in the air, it made my sensing much stronger; I could sense souls and hollows from miles away. I glanced at Kei and Kenichi who looked eager to jump off and reak some havoc. We stopped in our advance when we heard multiple screeches though.

I don't know how we didn't notice it before, but the park is currently a battle field. Hollows swarmed the park, tearing at each other as well as some small figures. The attention was slowly being dragged to the menos too. I looked back to Kei and Kenichi; they were too absorbed in the scenery. We wouldn't be able to fight if we were distracted by every little thing. I had to improvise, and quick. I quickly stretched out my tail and wrapped it around Kenichi, biting Kei(1) and taking him with me as I leapt away. I didnt stop until we were far enough away to not be detected, but close enough to hear. I let go of kei who shivered. "Don't ever do that again!" he hissed, clearly embarrassed. I wasn't listening though, I was paying attention to what was happening in the park. I released Kenichi from my tail slowly, allowing him to drop to the floor easily as I continued to stare at the fight.

We made it out just in time, the hollows were now staring at the Menos as if it were a god. Clearly they're lower than us if they worship that. I rolled my eyes and averted my gaze to the small figures--humans--below. They seemed to be gawking at the Menos as well. I couldn't help but mutter how stupid they are and how unappreciative they are to the truly strong hollows.

                 Yes I brag, who doesn't?

The hollows lost interest in the Menos soon enough and began to close in on the humans again. Out of no where a little girl pops up next to them and destroys several of the hollows. Nope, they are not humans. Not normal humans at least. There were a couple other humans who arrived as well, and they began to dispatch the hollows easily. They had power, but the hollows had numbers.

I turned to Kei and Kenichi, "What should we do?" I asked them. They looked at me and Kenichi shrugged. I glanced over my shoulder at the fight. "Well, with this many hollows here, there's no way they can sense us. I think we should gather what information we can before they come after us as well." I responded. They nodded. I quickly began listing what we know.

"So, those humans down there clearly have abilities that allow them to kill us hollows. Since they're the only ones who've arrived, I assume they're the only hollow killers around." I said. They nodded, they clearly came to that conclusion as well. I looked down to the battle field for a second. I tensed my legs in preparation. I'd have to be fast if I do this properly. If I messed up, our cover would be broken; there was no room for error. I propelled myself forward and jumped into the air, gathering the reishi under my paws to propell myself forward. I made sure no one could see me as I picked up a random hollow, my paws sliding against the ground as I roughly stopped myself, turning my body around as I lurched forward, pulling the hollow with me as I ran back to the boys.
