~ Suki's Pov~
I looked myself in the mirror. I was given a pair of bright white pants that clung to my body for dear life, with little rips and tears on the thighs. I was also given a cropped shirt that ended barely below my boobs with long sleeves that easily swallowed my hands. It was also white, but had a thin black line going across my boobs and one vertical line going up the high color and around it.
I was given a couple choices for bottoms but I figured this was the best choice to not look slutty as hell. I wasn't given a choice for the top, though. I'm glad it isn't TOO horrible... Damn perverts, I thought. The other choices for my bottoms were an extremely short skirt, shorts (They were fine, but they looked a bit too small. I didn't think I'd fit), and then a pair of pants that looked like they belonged to a guy.
(You might be asking why I didn't pick those, but when I say a guy, I mean a fat guy. it fell straight off my hips.)
I shrugged and figured I'd ask to get the shorts and fat-pants tailored, but for now I'd stick with the jeans. I sighed and gripped the counter of the sink. I looked into the mirror and blew a fallen strand of curled orange up to join the rest of the fire.
I stared at my face; big green eyes with bright yellow flecks, full pink lips, slightly chapped, small but sharp nose, thin eyebrows. I felt the hollow mask that was on the top of my head. It was black and shaped to be a head band with fox ears on top. I ran my fingers through hair, pulling the large mass of hair over my shoulder and lowered my gaze to examine it; wild and fiery, different shades and hues of reds, oranges, and pinks, curling and flipping at random. Soft to the touch too. I pushed it back again; it reached a little passed my hips.
"Is this really me?" I asked myself. I gave a little smile, this doesn't look like me.
I'm a fox, not a woman, I thought. This isn't me. But I couldn't help but notice all the similarities; the eyes in the mirror were the same as mine, the hair was as wild and crazy as mine, the way the woman in the mirror carried herself; confident and bold, just like me.
But it's not me.
"Now it is, and I'm gonna have to get used to it too." I mumbled to myself, my voice still as smooth and velvety as it used to be, filling the room boldly with its melodic tone. I looked down, and shook my head, my hair falling over my shoulders a bit as I smiled. I looked up and grinned at the mirror, my teeth bright and white.
The girl in the mirror would turn heads any day, she would catch anybody's eyes and she wouldn't shy away. No, she would smile and flirt, she would be bold and confident. I nodded to myself, determined to stay me, even if I feel out of place. I smirked and walked out of the bathroom, turning off the lights as I strode down the hall. I kept my head high and my gait confident.
