I sighed as I locked the door, leaning against it for a second. I listened around, and when I didn't hear any sounds, I assumed they all went home. I hung up my purse and keys and took off my shoes. I ran to my living room and jumped onto the couch, closing my eyes to take a nap. That is, until I heard a chuckle.
"Bad day at work?" Yoongi said as he knelt down in front of my face. I shook my head with a pout, making him smile. I sat up and pat the seat beside me. He sat down and I laid down on his lap, sighing again. I felt his body tense up, but he soon relaxed and started to play with my hair, making me smile and close my eyes.
"What's got you sighing, huh?" He said softly, while twirling my hair around. I bit my lip and turned so I was facing up.
"I went to the orphanage and saw Maru and Hana, like you said." I sighed again, and he frowned.
"I was kinda hoping I was wrong. What happened to the mom?" He asked. I rolled my eyes at the mention of that woman.
"She just left them there. She didn't die or anything, she just left them." I almost growled. She ticked me off more then anything.
"People these days." He sighed.
"I know right! And I was so close to just, Argh!" I said, punching my hand. He chuckled.
"Violence isn't your thing." He said. I sighed and sat up, turning my body so I was side by side with him.
"You're right, but I would've fought her, without a doubt." I chuckled. He just shook his head and stood up, making me look up at him in confusion.
"I'm taking you out to dinner, lets go." He said, taking my hand and pulling me up.
"Ok, just let me go feed the pets." I said, about to go to the kitchen.
"It's okay." He said, pulling me back into his chest. "The boys took them to their house for the day." I nodded, smiling at how close we were. Then he surprised me by picking me up in the same position and running to the door. I squealed and he laughed. Once we got to the door, he put me down to put my shoes on. I slapped his shoulder playfully, and bent down to put them on.

We went out to this nice little restaurant and took a seat that had a view outside. It was quiet on the streets, but all the city lights made it seems beautiful.
"Is this okay?" Yoongi asked carefully. I nodded with a smile.
"You could seriously take me to McDonalds and I'd be fine because I'm with you." I smiled sincerely. He scoffed with a blush.
"You're being extra cute today." He chuckled. I took a sip of my water and winked at him, making him chuckle. The waiter came along and asked us for our meals.
"I'll take the American styled steak, medium rare, with a side of rice." Yoongi said, handing the waiter his menu
"I'll take the sesame chicken rice bowl, please." I said with a smile as I handed the menu to our waiter. He took it and flirtatiously winked at me, making me look away. Yoongi narrowed his eyes at the waiter, making him wince and walk away.
"Jeez, why did you have to be so pretty?" He mumbled, making my laugh.
"I should be asking you that! All the girls in this restaurants heads turned when you walked in." I chuckled. "I felt like I was gonna get attacked!"
"I think we might just be the most attractive couple then, huh?" He chuckled, making me nod with a smile.
"Well, at least you are." I whispered, so he doesn't hear me. The waiter came back with our food and I clapped happily.
"I'm so hungry." I laughed as I took out the chopsticks.

After we finished eating, he ordered us some hot chocolate and a small cake to share.
"Do you want to tell me why you've been sighing for real now?" He said as he took a bite of the cake. I slowly nodded.
"Well, I felt really bad on how their mom dropped them off, and then I had a thought. What if I adopted them? They're hardly 6 years old, they haven't experienced family all too much, and I want them to know what a loving family is like." I said while staring into my cup. I looked up at him and he was smiling at me. I raised my eyebrows.
"You're honestly the most caring, beautiful person I know inside and out. I'm so lucky I've met you." He said with a sweet smile. I blushed and aww'd so loud, I'm sure his many admirers heard.
"Why are you so cute!" I squished my cheeks together. We laughed together and took a few moments to catch our breathes.
"Anyways, I didn't do anything yet, because I wanted to ask you for your opinion." I said and folded my arms on the table. He leaned back and thought for a few moments, while I sneakily ate some cake.
"I think you should do it. I mean, if you have enough room in your house and everything. I think it'll be nice for them, seeing as you've only met them both twice and you're already thinking of adopting them." He shrugged with a side smile.
"You do raise some good points, Min Yoongi." I pointed my spoon at him and took another bite of the cake.
"Don't I, Lee Soojung?" He continued on, making me chuckle. He flagged down our waiter for the check. Once the waiter came back, he handed the check to me and winked, scurrying away before Yoongi could see. I opened it and laughed. He wrote his number and name on the check.
"Can you pass me my purse?" I said to Yoongi. He nodded and passed it to me, and I looked through it for a pen. I found one and clicked it open, and started to write.
"What are you doing?" He chuckled hesitantly.
"Writing him his tip." I said without looking up. I then put in the money for the meal and placed it down on the table.
I stood up and put on my sweater.
"Let's go." I said and walked out. As I walked out, the waiter from before stood greeting guests. I winked at him as I left.
Yoongi's POV
Fear and curiosity got the best of me, and before I followed I opened the receipt. I took the money and payed with my own, planning on giving hers back.

If a girl is sitting with her incredibly handsome and amazing boyfriend, please don't try to get with her. Not only will the boy want to rip your head off, the girl will rip your head off. Toodles (:
