"Would you like to dance?" Dean asks. "Dance? I'm not a dancing person." I say looking around the place. No one is even dancing. I'm not the type that feels confident dancing. I'm not even confident in myself.
"Come on it'll be fun." Dean says taking a sip from his cup. "Well-" I stop talking when I see Sasha.
She's wearing a skin tight blue dress. She looks flawless. And she's walking toward us. Dean immediately looks up and stares at her.
"Hey guys." She takes a seat and smiles. "Hey." Dean replies. "Where's Randy?" I add. She looks at me and raises her eyebrows. "He's in the bathroom. We just got here."
"Oh nice." Dean says. Sasha looks at him and then takes a sip of her wine. "You two look great."
"Thank you." Dean replies. He smiles looking into her eyes, "You look nice yourself." Sasha grins and I grab a cup of alcohol. "You like my dress?"
Dean scans her dress and stops at her cleavage. "Yes it's nice." I drink all of the alcohol and put the glass down. I grab one more and stare at both of them looking at each other intensely.
I can't believe they're doing this in my face. "There's Randy." Dean says. Sasha turns around and then gets up. "Well it was nice talking to you." She says to Dean. In fact she doesn't even turn to look at me.
She walks away and I simply look down at my lap. "Want to dance now?" He asks. "No. Why don't you dance with Sasha?" My voice is a bit bitter.
"What?" He asks leaning in closer to me. "You were flirting with her in my face. Dean seriously. If you want to make her jealous you're not suppose to flirt with her. Not in front of me or behind my back. I don't understand why we're still even dating if clearly she's flirting with you hardcore. Just break up with me and go with her."
Dean doesn't respond right away. He looks quite surprised that I said what I did. I'm still not sure why I did it in the first place. Was it really a good idea to say that?
Suddenly I start regretting it and I feel my body blush. I get up from the table and walk away. I'm not quite sure where. Dean comes behind me and I grab a glass of alcohol from a waiter.
"Wait tinkerbell hold on." Dean says. I quickly go to the bathroom and close the door behind. I lock it because I know Dean is capable of walking in.
What is actually wrong with me? Why is Sasha and Dean flirting making me feel so flustered? I don't understand why. The text also made me feel his way and it's really freaking me out.
I grab the cup and drink it all. The alcohol tastes awful and it burns my throat but it looses me up a bit.
After I drink it I take a deep breath and look at myself in the mirror. Okay I have to relax and stop arguing with him so much. It's not like we are dating for real. It's the second time I flip out on him. He might start thinking something else.
When I walk out of the bathroom Dean grabs my hand and pulls me in. "Let's dance." He pulls me to the middle of the floor. He doesn't seem angry about while ago which I'm thankful for.
"No. Dean I don't really wan-" he pulls me in and hugs my waist. "Stop it Dean I really-" he begins swaying from side to side. My body stiffs awkwardly because I'm not used to dancing.
I look around and see people staring at us. Including Sasha. She whispers something to Bayley and laughs. I probably look stupid. Dean is smiling and he keeps moving me.
Do you know that awful feeling when you're trying to not let people notice you but you're put on the spot?
I was trying so hard not to be noticed. I mean coming with Dean was already a big deal because everyone was looking at us. Now that we're here in the middle of the dance floor with no one else dancing... that's putting me on the spot.
I try to pull away from him but he grabs me tighter. "Here drink some of this." He grabs a cup with one of his hands and hands it to me.
"I don't drink." I say. He chuckles, "Oh really? I saw you drink two. One more can't hurt." I grab the drink and just drink it all.
The alcohol makes me cough and Dean laughs. They start playing an upbeat song, Dean let's me go and starts dancing. I laugh at his moves.
"Come on pookie." He says. I look around and everyone is still staring. Maybe it's the drinks but I start dancing.
It's not even dancing. I don't even know what I'm doing but it doesn't matter because we're having fun.
Dean twirls me around while we're laughing. Sasha gets up and pulls Randy to the dance floor.
"Sorry for while ago. Must be like the drinks. I shouldn't have said that. My bad." I say as I look at Sasha. "Shhh just dance. Have fun." He hands me another drink and gets one for himself.
This is going to be a fun night.
