Seungcheol silently stared into Jeonghan's eyes and grabbed the other boy's hands. He smiled at Jeonghan happily. Jeonghan smiled back at him, causing Seungcheol to blush. The boys stepped closer to one another, and Seungcheol let go of one of Jeonghan's hands to tuck a stray piece of hair behind Jeonghan's ear. He cupped Jeonghan's cheek and held Jeonghan's face, eyes darting down to Jeonghan's lips hesitantly.

"Well? Aren't you gonna kiss me already? It's not getting any warmer out here, you know," Jeonghan teased, making Seungcheol's blush deepen. Seungcheol thumbed Jeonghan's cheek and leaned in nervously. The two were almost about to kiss when–

"Seungcheol? Seungcheol, wake up. Come on, get up." Seungcheol groaned and buried his face in his pillow. He had been having such a good dream...

"He's not getting up, Auntie. What do we do?" Seungcheol heard Jeonghan ask.

"Seungcheol, if you don't get up right now, I'm going to give away those tickets I got you for that play you wanted to see," Seungcheol's mother threatened. Seungcheol bolted upright and winced.

"I'm up, I'm up," Seungcheol grumbled.

"Good. Now put a shirt on," Seungcheol's mom scolded, throwing a spare T-shirt at him. Seungcheol scowled as he put it on.

"I can't believe you attempted to blackmail me with my tickets. It's not like you have any use for them," Seungcheol muttered.

"Maybe I don't, but I could give them to my girlfriend. She enjoys the theater too, you know," Seungcheol's mother hummed. Seungcheol's eyes widened.

"Girlfriend?!"

"Well, she's not my girlfriend yet, but if all goes well tonight, she will be," Seungcheol's mom explained. "Someone I'm very fond of from work asked me out yesterday. I said yes, of course. I was going to tell you last night, but you and Jeonghan were having so much fun playing video games together that I couldn't just interrupt." Seungcheol's eyes narrowed.

"Bring her here before your date so I can approve of her for you," Seungcheol said. His mother glared at him, making Seungcheol flinch back.

"Okay, okay, I'm sorry," Seungcheol apologized. His mom rolled her eyes and slapped him on the back of his head.

"Anyways, I'm going to be out tonight, so you boys have fun. As always, Ji-na is sleeping over at Hangyeol's house. I swear, it's a miracle that Hangyeol's parents aren't sick of her yet," Seungcheol's mother sighed.

"And Seungpo?" Seungcheol replied.

"He'll be with you guys. Looks like you two will have to be parents for the night," his mother teased.

"Mom!" Seungcheol shrieked. His mother laughed.

"Anyways, Jeonghan and I are going to the mall in a little bit, so if you want to join us, get ready soon," Seungcheol's mother told him.

"The mall? Why?" Seungcheol wondered.

"Why not?" his mother responded.

"I wanted to get your mother some makeup for her date tonight. I may pick some up for myself too," Jeonghan said.

"What?!" Seungcheol spluttered.

"Just some lipstick or something. I have a bit of everything else, but I wanted to get some lipstick too. I think it'd look nice on me," Jeonghan replied. Seungcheol's face heated up as he imagined Jeonghan wearing lipstick. Jeonghan would definitely look good with it.

"I'll get dressed in a little bit. I'll come with you two," Seungcheol decided. He fell back onto his pillow. "Just give me a few more minutes..."

"Alright. Don't rest for too long though," his mother called as she left the room. Jeonghan smiled softly and pulled the comforters over Seungcheol before walking out of the room.
