I've Never Dreamed

Part Twenty

*Mei's eyes open. She heard something coming from outside the room. As she looks around, she notices Jiao asleep with her legs across her body. Mei laughs to herself and removes Jiao's legs so she can stand up.*

"You never let me sleep in peace" Jiao whines standing up.

"It's dark out" I look down at my phone, "9:00 to be exact, and we need to get up and do something with our lives" I smile.

"What ever" Jiao waves her hand and walks into the bathroom.

*Mei ties her hair back into a sloppy bun leaving some dangling strands of hair infront of her face. She then walks over to the front door and cracks it open curious of the sound she heard earlier*

"I can't believe you guys are actually EXO" A man says to Sehun, Baekhyun, and Kai outside of their door.

"Yep, the one and only" Kai says sarcastically. We've been talking to this fan for over 10 minutes, when will he just leave us alone and let us sleep?

"Hey Kim young, we actually have to get some rest now so..." Baekhyun says trying to dismiss the conversation.

Kim Young? That's my brother!

"Of course! I totoally understand, but can I have a picture first?" Kim Young smiles desperatly.

"No, don't give him a picture!" I shout and rush up to Kim Young grabbing him by his ear, "This is my brother, I'm sorry if he was bothering you guys. He's a nuisance" I push him in our room.

"Wait. You're brother?" Baekhyun asks me confused. I forgot I told him about what happened. Well he was the shoulder I used to cry on. I smile at him and nod, then shut our door behind me.

"Did I hear that upsetting name, Kim Young?" Jiao asks drying her hair with a white fluffy towel.

"Yep. I see you still wash your hair in the sink" My brother mocks. And yet you still look beautiful.

"Yep, and I see you still wear thongs with skinny jeans" Jiao spits back at him. He's so annoying, god I hate them.

"Okay ladies, that's enough bickering" I smirk towards my brother.

"Yeah...enough bickering" Jiao twists up her wet towel and starts wacking Kim Young with it.

"Ah! Mei help me!" He demands running for his life through out the room.

"To hell with Kim Young!" I shout and shoot my extra hair bow at him, hitting his face. He stops running and looks at me. I guess I hit him pretty hard, I feel proud.

"You know what!?" Kim Young flinches towards me and I dart out the front door closing it in his face.

I turn around to see if he's following me and sure enough, he opens the door in a flash. I quickly run into EXO's room with out thinking. They're door is unlocked...that's unsafe Suho!

"Mei are you okay?!" Suho stands up startled and the other members (Kai, Baekhyun, Sehun, and Lay)  rush out of their rooms. I just burst out into laughter.

Why did I just walk into their room? What the hell Mei, what were you thinking?! I turn around seeing if Kim Young followed behind me, but he didn't. I'm alone in blame.

"She's laughing..." Sehun walks over to me examining my face which just makes me laugh more. Why am I laughing so hard?

"I don't know, girls tend to laugh when they don't want to cry" Lay states and everyone in the room looks at him.

"And since when did you become a professional in the opposite sex?" Kai mocks.

"I-I can assure you I'm not crying" I take a breather and sit up straight, "To be honest I don't even know why I came in here" I look around. It looks as if I just woke everyone up...Oh my gosh!

"Uh...do you need something?" Kai asks laughing trying to hide his yawn.

"I am so sorry" I cover my face out of embarrassment, "I'm just going to, uh, leave now. Goodnight" I bow turning around to leave.

"No don't go, I mean you don't have to" Sehun spits out surprising everyone.

"Uh, I appreciate your graditude Sehun, but I just intruded your place" I laugh nervously, "Goodnight guys" I bow once again and head for the door.

"He's right, we were just about to watch a movie anyways, so you can stay and watch if you'd like" Suho points out.

"Really, I'm fine and it looks as if I woke some of you guys up" I look down.

"Only Baekhyun, he falls asleep pretty early" Kai says causing Baekhyun to blush. I was just lying in bed watching a K-drama so...

"No I don't! I'm just tired" Baekhyun sends a dreadful look to Kai, but he just shakes it off.

"I'm so sorry Baekhyun for waking you-" Sehun cuts me off.

"That's non-sense, just come take a seat, and I will put some popcorn in" Sehun directs me to the couch where Suho and Kai are  seated.

"Uh...okay" I sit down nervously.

"Loosen up Mei, we're just going to watch a movie" Kai teases me with a wink. He is very attractive, like god damn.

"Your voice is abnoxious, Kai" Baekhyun takes his seat on the couch across from me. He's sitting right in front of me, yet he's not paying attention to me at all.

"Do you like romance films?" Suho asks me smiling.

"Yeah, I geuss I don't mind them" I shrug my shoulders.

"I mean we could always watch a horror movie" Baekhyun states with a smile, but only looking at Kai. Why wont he look at me?

"Yes!" Sehun and Baekhyun clap hands, and Sehun passes the popcorn to Lay who's sitting in the love seat by himself.

*Knock Knock*

"I can make a geuss on who that is" Suho smiles and glances towards Lay.

"I'll get it" Lay stands up annoyed with Suho's remark. It probably is Jiao.

"Go get her tiger" Kai smirks, and I glare at him. I don't like it when people flirt with with Jiao, or even make a slight joke. It just bothers me. "Okay you two need to stop giving me these death stares or else I'm going to explode" Kai says acting out a worried look.

I look over to Baekhyun who didn't even smile at the joke, nor look up from his hand which he's been playing with the since I got here. Is he mad because I woke him up?

*Suho notices Mei's eyes that are set on Baekhyun.* Baek doesn't know how much she likes him, huh? I wonder why he's so upset though, he's normally the one joking around... Suho's thoughts get inturpted by Lay.

"Um, Mei?" His tone worrys me.

"Yes...what's wrong?" I stand up, and everyone has their attention on Lay.

"Some guy knocked on the door asking for me to relay a message to you" Lay says nervously.

"Okay, what's the message?" I ask intrigued. Lay opens a piece of paper.

"He said, thank you for leading me to your brother. I also got a gift, your pretty friend. I think I want to get to know you Mei, come meet me tomorrow night at the CEO dinner in Gwangmyeong. I look forward to seeing you" I'm shocked by the words coming out of Lay's mouth and my chest starts getting heavy.

*Lay rips up the piece of paper*

"Wha-"

*Mei's passes out*
