I've Never Dreamed

Part 45 [Jiao's POV]

"We're here" I step on the brakes hard, waking up the two boys. It's crazy how fast they fall asleep.

"Aish, you're so cruel" Suho rubs his head from the back seat, "So you think Kim Young and Mei are in there?"  He points to the building that we can hardly see because it's dark out.

"Yes"  I respond.

"Why are their street lights out?" Lay asks confused.

"They probably had a power outage. No big deal. Now look, I don't know what's in here so we have to be quiet. I have a bad feeling about this" I remind them.

"I'm sure they're fine" Lay assures me, and I smile.

"Let's go" I propose, and we all hop out the car.

*The three walk out of the car and straight through the front door with no issues. They have no idea what's happening, or where Mei and Kim Young are. They're just looking around, cautious about every step they take, knowing that somethings off*

"Where should we go first left or-" I ask, but then suddenly trip over something. Lay helps me to my feet, and I bow in thanks. I then pull out my phone and shine the light on the ground, seeing what I fell over.

WHAT THE HELL?! IT'S A BODY!

*Jiao shines the light all around the area (the front entrance of he building) only to see 3 more bodies. The two boy's are shocked, and don't know how to react to the situation*

"I have a feeling this has something  to do with Jin..." I mumble and the boys argee with me. Jin is surrounded by guns and violence. It wouldn't surprise me if we saw him.

"Here you two are" Lay hands us guns from off the dead bodies. Look at him being resourcful. I can't help but smile at his cuteness. Yet my smile goes away when I think about Mei and Kim Young. If these people are dead...could they be? I mean, there's always a possibility. But Mei is too good to die, and her brother, well he's too lucky.

*Jiao shakes the thought of them being dead, and faces toward the boys*

"Ever used a gun?" I ask with a smirk.

"Yes...but not to kill" Suho mumbles. I can tell he's shooken up about the situation. He has ever reason to be...I'm surprised I'm not.

"It'll be fine. You won't have to kill anyone" I place a comforting hand on Suho's shoulder and he smiles. I turn up my cellphone brightness, and we all start walking down the hallway to our left.

MEI'S POV

We just finished clearing the front intrance. When I say we  I mean they. I'm trying to restrain from killing people. My goal in life is not to lock in load. Anyways, we are now on our way to Top. We've cleared out all of of the scouts, so it's time to just go for it.

I look over to my brother, who is now walking. He has his head low, and I feel bad. He's most likely embarrassed of his bruised face, and his incapability to do anything to help. He was horribley hurt. I can imagine him trying to fight back in the begining, but gives up do to lack of confidence. I know my brother, and he's that type of person. I walk over to him.

"Will you be okay?" I touch his shoulder, and he flinches. Yet I keep my hand on his shoulder, massagining it a bi.

"Yes. I'm fine now, it's just I'm the reason all of this is happening to us. I should've never leeked that information about Jin in the first place. Then you wouldn't be in this mess, and neither would I" My brother admits in a low tone, ashamed.

I nudge him playfully.

"That's over with. Forget about the past and focus on what's in front of you" I knock some sense into him. His eyes look up into mine, and he smiles.

"I love you Mei" His words make me cringe.

"Don't say that, it makes it seem like we like each other" We both laugh at my response. Yet I can't help but hug him. He's been here for 2-3 days, alone. I feel horrible.

"I'm serious. You've always been there for me when I needed your help. I appreciate that, and I love you" His face goes serious, and my heart flutters.

"It's nice to know you notice" I smile, "I love you too, always will"

*As we trail the hallways, we start to hear voices and it causes everyone to stop walking. We then push our backs up against the wall so we can't be seen*

"Jimin, is anyone around us?" Jin asks Jimin.

*Jimin was eating at the time, and wasn't paying attention*

"Uh" Jimin rolls his chair back over to his computer desk, "Yes. They are 15 feet away from you. It's Top and Taeyang. Are you guys ready"

"Of course, we were born to fight" Taehyung jokes. Jin shoots us a look then backs up off the wall allowing Top and Taeyang to see him. I follow behind him, with out thinking.

"Ah, look who it is" Taeyang laughs.

"Eh, enough with the games. Any last words?" Jin smirks, with his gun directly aimed at Taeyang's head.

"You don't think we're alone now do you?" Taeyang whistles after his words, and at least 7 men come out of hiding. "It's a nice theme you did here. Cutting off the power and all. I like it. The only thing I'm questioning, is why you did all of this" Taeyang starts to walk directly in front of Jin. Taeyang has a pistol in his hand, and it's not set on safety mode.

"Can't a man have desires?" Jin gets a better grip on his gun.

"Jungkook, is that you?" Top asks confused.

"Yep" Jungkook smiles.

*Top thinks for a moment, but then it clicks. Although Jungkook was very reasourcful when it came to Jin, Jungkook never told Top how he got his information. Now he understands*

"Ah I see...you're a sneaky one. Speaking of, where's Ji-yong?" Top asks him, sincerely. Who's Ji-yong? I shift my eyes to Jungkook. He looks furiated.

"Not sure. I don't keep track of your puppies" Jungkook replies harshly. Everyone's watching their conversation confused.

"Okay enough! I don't know what's going on between you two, and I don't care. Now Jin, answer my question. Why did you ome here?" Taeyang pesters.

"For her" Top winks at me, answering Taeyang's question for Jin. I straighten up my body ready to shoot. Ugh, I hate Top.

"A girl?" Taeyang then walks over to me, and I then aim my gun at him. "She's a brave one" He laughs. "She'd be a lot of fun to have around here, don't you think Top?"

"Sorry, she's taken" Jin takes a step forward, and pushes me behind him.

"Ah, protective" Taeyang grabs me by the arm and jerks me from around Jin. Immediately I shoot, and my bullet goes into Taeyang's arm.

*Taeyang grasps his arm in pain, and everyone looks at Mei surprised*

"What the hell are you waiting for?! Someone shoot her!" Taeyang shouts, and everyone points their guns at me. I see death flash right before my eyes.

"Mei? Kim Young?" Everyone turns in the direction of the loud voice, except Taeyang and I.

*Taeyang gets frusterated at his gaurds stupidity, so he picks up gun that he dropped, aims it at Mei, and pulls the trigger*
