I stand up feeling dizzy. I can't stay in this bathroom for the rest of my life. Plus people have already come in here a nummerous amount of times, and I just need to be alone.
*Mei leaves the bathroom with dried tears on her face. As she walks down the hall, Mei notices Baekhyun sitting outside her hotel room...on the ground, alone. Before she could turn back around towards the restroom, Baekhyun jumps up and rushes to her.*
"Mei...are you okay?" Baekhyun is unaware of my condition, and basically everything else.
"Ye-ah" My voice cracks and I look down to my feet.
"Mei, what's wrong with-" Before he can finish, I pull him into a hug with my arms wrapped around back.
*Baekhyun places his hands on her waist pulling her into a tighter hug. Mei blushes at the instensively rough contact. Although her mind is in a deep and depressing state, she still smiles.*
"I'll be fine now. I just need to be alone" I pull away from him and stare into his eyes.
Oh my goodness. Mei must've been crying the whole entire 3 hours...She has bags under her eyes and her cheeks are all puffed up. I want to hold her in my arms and have her tell me everything, but it seems as if she's still in a bad state. "Do you want to talk?" Baekhyun asks anyways.
Talk? That means telling him everything...I'm not really sure. My brother doesn't even know the whole story, my brother. "Not yet, okay? I just need some time to think everything through" I smirk, "Don't look so down, I'll be fine" I assure to him.
"Okay. I'll let you be then" Baekhyun smiles. What could make her cry so much?
"Okay, thank you" I then walk past him and enter my hotel room.
"Mei Li, is that you?!" I hear Jiao yell.
"It's me" I shout back, my voice still being scratchy.
*Jiao runs out of her room and hugs Mei*
"Are you okay?" She squeezes me tight.
"No, but I'll be fine. I promise" I force a smile.
"You don't need to put on a fake act with me, Mei Li" She reminds me, and a tear drops from my eye.
"I know, Jiao. It's just that...I want to forget everything, you know?"
*Jiao smilles, wipping the tear from Mei's cheek.*
"Yes, I know baby girl" Jiao responds grasping Mei's shooulder with her right hand. Mei is an independent girl, and hates being coddled. So I'm just going to let her have some time to think.
"I love you Jiao, and I want to thank you for always being-" Jiao cuts me off.
"I am your family and I will be there for you no matter what, okay" Jiao states not asking.
I nod to her, and we exchange looks.
"I have to go now..." Jiao looks down.
"Go...where?" She has to leave?
"I'm going to...well I don't have to go if you need me here" Jiao shoots her head up.
"No, I'll be fine here Jiao. But where are you going?" I ask intriuged.
"On a date" She blushes. Jiao is really good with boys, and goes on dates a lot trying to get to find the perfect one. But they're all usually dooshbags or just really annoying.
"What's his name this time?" I ask letting out a laugh. I want Jiao to believe I'm fine so she can go and have fun. I'd hate to be a burden to her.
"Uh- Zhang Yixing" She mumbles.
"Oh okay...Wait what?! Lay?!" I shout out of excitment.
"Okay, goodbye Mei Li! I ordered a pizza for you!" Jiao hurries out the door, so I can't ask any questions.
She ordered me pizza? I haven't had pizza since I was in China, and that was when my mom made a home made one. You don't see many pizza places in Asia...
