Part 59 [JIAO'S POV}

I knew it. I knew Baekhyun was going to take in everything he said and regret it all soon. It's just the kind of person he is. A person like him couldn't hurt a kind person like Mei and get away with it. 

Baekhyun leaves Mei standing in shock, and comes up to Lay. He whispers something into his ear. Lay then nods to me and I think Suho, then hurries back to Mei, dragging her to the front entrance of the building.

"What did he say Lay?" Sehun asks, putting his elbows on the tables and his hands up to his cheeks.

"He said that he'll meet us at SM." Lay smirks, showing his dimple, and it pulls at my heart strings. He is so gorgeous my lord.

"Let's hope he's on time." Suho adds with edge on his tone. We all nod in agreement thinking that he got serious because Bakehyun has to be there early, but any sane person knows that Byun Baekhyun wouldn't dare be late.

Suho's mad because he just witnessed Baekhyun kiss Mei, and most of us know it. I have a lot respect for Suho, but I don't feel sorry for him. If he wanted Mei that bad, he should've been more direct about it. Like Baekhyun, but Suho wasn't at all. So at this point, Mei doesn't even know how much Suho adores her. I mean I could just be blind, and Mei knows he likes her, but I doubt it.

I make eye contact with Kai, whom is sitting across from me, and he tilts his head to the side.

I glance to the area he pointed out. It's a door in the corner of the room, beside many mixing drinks, and I think he wants me to meet him over there.

I nod my head.

"Hey, I'm going to go talk to Kai really quick, okay?" I ask Lay in a low tone.

*Lay questions himself, then smiles and comes to the realization that because she's asking, nothing could happen that's crazy*

"Go ahead...don't take too long though because we're going to be leaving in like 10 minutes to take you back and- well you back to the hotel." I nod and place a kiss on his cheek, seeing him blush is my life goal.

*Kai already left the table, so Jiao hurries off to the door she assumes he was talking about* 

"Kai?" I ask as I creek open the door. I find myself walking into the small dark room, searching the walls for a light switch. "Hello?" I lurk around. I find the switch and flip it.

"BOOM!" Kai jumps out in front of me, making my heart stop.

"What the hell Kai!?" I slap his arm hard on purpose, but he's not fazed.

"Got you good," Kai runs his hand through his hair staring at me and it makes my heart rate speed up.

I cough, clearing my mind of bad thoughts, "yeah...what did you need?" I refocus on the subject.

"You. I wanted to talk to you before the end of the night...we won't get to see each other anymore after we part ways." He stares into my eyes with his dark brown ones.

"Where are you taking this Kai?" I ask in a low tone, raising my eyebrows.

"I haven't been able to hang out with you a lot because I've been either practicing our comeback or with Kyungsoo, and I've just been waiting for a moment to talk to you alone like this." He smirks and tilts his head to the right a bit. I clench my jaw when I get a perfect view of his jaw line. It could slice an apple striaght down the middle if I chucked it at his perfectly made jaw.

"Is that what you asked me to come into this room for?" I let my thoughts slip from my head.

"I asked you to," he stops talking. I look down to my feet waiting for him to finish. Why do my toes look like fingers?

*Kai sees Jiao lower her head, so takes advantage of the moment. Kai lifts Jiao's head up fast and kisses her*

My eyes shoot open surprised. Yet as Kai gently pushes me up against the wall, my eyes begin to close. He moves away from my lips and starts down my neck. I bite my lip.

*Logic hits Jiao hard*

I push away temptation and shove Kai away from me. Then confusion fills my head.

"What the hell Kai?!" I freak. How could he kiss me when I'm dating Lay?! And why did I let him...

"That is what I wanted to do." He wipes his lips with daring eyes and a bright smile.

"Yixing is like your brother and you just seduced his girl! Really?" I wipe my own lip gloss from off my neck and stand up straight.

"C'mon Jiao, Lay is too sweet to you. You want excitement in a relationship. Am I wrong?" I ignore his retarded remark and carry on with my argument.
