"We walked a whole two miles to come to a park?" Sehun asks.
"Not just any park." I says defensively.
*Sehun see's that she's concentrated on something, but he doesn't know what*
"What are you thinking about?"
The only people who know about my past are Jiao and my family, as a matter of fact, not even all of my family knows the real story.
"Oh, just memories that I had as a child." I try to smile and think of when I met Jiao, because that's when everything started to get better. Me, Kim Young, and Jiao would go to a different park back in China. I never ever wanted to come back to this one. It just reminds me of Lee and Appa.
"I see." He's clueless, and he's going to stay that way. For a moment I wanted to tell someone. I was going to tell Sehun, but I just don't feel comfortable with it anymore.
"We can go now, sorry for dragging you all the way out here Oh Sehun. You must be exhuasted..." I look down. I totally forgot that he has been practicing a lot since he's had a lot of freetime.
"Don't apologize. It's beautiful out here." Sehun gazes out at the feild. There's rows and rows of perfectly rounded hills. And miles ahead of us there are mountians, beautiful mountians, perfect mountains.
------- Flashback
"Father?" I ask.
"Yes Mei?"
"Is it possible to reach those mountains?" I put to the mountains that are miles away from us. Father puts his book down, and smiles at me showing his perfectly white teeth.
"Anything is possible if you put you're mind to it" He takes his index finger and swipes the tip of my nose, "Happy birthday Mei" He then turns back to his book smiling.
"Thank you father" I lean my head on his shoulder. My siblings don't even know it's my birthday, and I want to keep it like that. I don't like birthdays. I'm not sure why, but I just don't.
"So I hear you want to touch the mountains?!" Lee calls out to me.
"Yeah!" I shout back.
"C'mon, let's go" I look at Lee lopsided, but my feet move towards her anyways.
"How are we supposed to get there, Lee?"
"We roll" Lee lies down on the fresh green grass, and waits for me.
"I don't know Lee, this is a pretty steep hill to roll down..."
"Stop being a baby!" Kim Young shouts at me. He's sitting beside father, and they're both watching us with excited expressions on their faces.
"I'm not a baby!" I lay on the ground beside Lee, and immediantley start rolling. Getting scared, I end up closing my eyes. "Ah! When will this stop?!" I'm get very dizzy as I feel the ground flatten out. I spread out my body, so I can stop myself from rolling.
"That was awesome!" Lee shouts sitting up beside me. Well she got down here fast...
"Yeah, that did feel good." I smile bright. "Hey Lee?"
"Yes?" She smiles back at me. I stand up and help her to her feet.
"When we get older, will you touch the top of the mountains with me?" I squeeze her hand.
"Of course" She squeezes back.
"Okay queens! Come back now, it's time to go home and get some sleep! We have a long drive!" Father shouts from the top of the hill.
------- Present
"Yeah, it sure is beautiful. Let's go back to the hotel now...do you mind calling your driver? Walking back will be tiring." I look at the mountains one last time before turning away and leaving the park with Sehun following behind.
