Merry Christmas! My present to all of you is a new part in all of my current work. I  hope all of you had the best Christmas and holidays possible. Everyone deserves that. This story will have two uploads so, please enjoy. :)

Margret, Jeff, and Josalynn are in Chicago! I'm just arrived at Wrigley from our trip up to Milwaukee. I couldn't wait to get home since they are already there. They are going to the Tiger-White Sox game tonight, but I'm not going.

Everyone thought it would be best if I didn't go, so I obliged. But I have five or so hours until they have to leave, so at least I do get to hang out with them.

When I finally made it into my apartment. I saw Margret sitting in my living room with Josalynn on her lap. Jeff was sitting in front of the television watching MLB network.

Margret looked over at me, smiling. I missed her so much. It felt like I haven't seen them in forever, and I never wanted her to leave ever again. We have talked almost everyday since I left.

"Hey, stranger," Margret said, lifting Josalynn up.

I walked over and sat down next to her. "Do you like to breaking and entering?"

"Only when I'm breaking into your place."

I grabbed Josalynn from Margret. "So, Josalynn, what do you want to do today?"

"Hug Keris," she said as she hugged me. I hugged her back.

"So when are you and Jeff going to leave for the game?" I asked still hugging Josalynn.

"Umm... around five. So what do you want to do until then?

"We can go out to eat. That way neither of us has to cook."

Margret shook her head. "Nah, I can cook."

"You sure, I don't have that much food."

She looked at me like I was crazy. Then she got up and went to the kitchen. I followed her after I set Josalynn down.

When I got into the kitchen, Margret surprised me because I didn't see her and because she kissed me. I kissed her right back, sliding my arm behind her back pulling her closer to my body. My kisses went down her neck.

"Kris, why don't we start with lunch. We can finish with this after Jeff and I get home from the game."

"Deal, is Jeff excited about going to five straight games of Major League baseball games?" I asked as Margret searched my cupboards for food to cook.

"It have been all he have been talking about. Um... mac n' cheese will do I guess. I'm actually surprised that you have that in your cupboards," she said shaking the box.

"Well, Rizz comes over a lot and he loves noodles and cheese."

"So you buy him the ones that is in the shape of cartoon characters?"

"Yup, he's a giant child," I said laughing, grabbing a pan for Margret so she could cook.

"Well, he isn't the only one. I'm sorry for dumping you with Josalynn while we go to the game. I wish you could come."

"Yeah, but I guess this will give me the chance to hang out with her. And I doubt that Jeff will let you be bored too much. He'll probably drag you around to meet everyone."

I sat on the counter, watching. "Nah, he'll leave me alone."

"Oh, now you are making me feel bad about not being there."

She turned around to face me. She walked right over to me and kissed my cheek. "Don't feel bad; I'm a big girl."

"I'm glad that you are a big girl," I whispered before I kissed her once more. She instantly lowers her head so it's laying on my shoulder, and I just still there on the counter.

Once the hug ended, I went back to the living room. I turned off the television, which made Jeff look at me very angrily. "What you do that for?"

"Well, I got to show you something," I said as I started to walk at of the room, but Jeff didn't budge from his spot. So I walked over where he was, and I picked him up. Then I picked Josalynn and dropped her off with her mother.

I carried Jeff down the hall. I set him down him in my trophy room. He looked amazed at everything that was in the room. "Look at everything, what do you want to get one day," I instructed him to do.

Jeff searched until he shook his head. "Can't find it. I guess you don't have it yet."

"What?"

He looked at me. "Commissioner's Trophy. I want to win one of those."

"Yeah, but I wouldn't have it here if I did win it."

"I know, but winning would be enough for me. To be the best of the best."

I looked at him. "I know you work very hard on baseball, but to get the Commissioner's Trophy, what do you need to do?"

"Um... first make it to the major and get on a contending team. Need some luck and to work hard."

"What type of player are you? Hitter, defensive god, utility, little bit of everything, leader? Figure that out, and just play your game."

He looked at me being very confused. "I have no idea."

"You got to find out who you are before you can perform at your highest level. Remember that Jeff, always be yourself."

He went down the row of my accomplishments throughout my whole life. "Who are you?"

Well, I was kind of taken aback by that, but I was at least prepared since this was one of my dad's first lesson to me. "In baseball, mainly a hitter. I always have been. Also, I have always been a team player. If the manager needs a first basemen, I'll do it. If he needs me to sit for the day, I wouldn't like it, but most likely I'll do it. If it'll help the team out in anyway, I will almost do anything."

"Even pitch?"

I don't know why, but I laughed at the idea of me pitching. "If I must, I might, but I really would prefer not to. I'm definitely not a pitcher."

"You would still be able to bat in the National League."

"I know, but I know that is not me. I know myself and pitching isn't really me."

"I guess," Jeff said, admiring my Rookie of the Year trophy. I just stood there watching him, having a feeling that one day he'll do amazing things in this world and hopefully baseball.

Everything in the room was quiet until we heard Margret yell from the kitchen, "Lunch is done!" Jeff sprinted from the room, with me at his heels, just for food.
