Tapping my fingers on the chopping board, I rack my brain trying to remember the recipe that Jiro-san taught me in my younger days. I shivered at the thought. I glanced at Alice who is cutting herbs at the moment then at Ryo who seems to be busy staring at the girl's movements. I can see the way he looked at her...just like in the picture.  I haven't touched any of my ingredients yet and for some reason, I blanked out and forgot how to prepare the salmon that is in front of me. It's weird. I was so confident a while ago but I am not sure for now. It's like my memory of those times are being blocked at the time being.

I stared at the ingredients present in my table and took a quick glance at Ryo again then to the salmon.

!!!

I remembered but then just like that, my hands moved on their own and my mind went completely blank....

"Heeh~~ this looks pretty good but not interesting enough. Kurumi-chan, you're getting rusty~~" I murmured while looking at the salmon fillet then to the people present on the room. Stupid girl. I chuckled a bit. Let's see...maybe a LOT of yogurt will do.
I felt you shivered a while ago and I won't waste this opportunity to play around, Kurumi-chan.~~

I felt the boy looking in my way with a bored expression. I stared at him in a few seconds, giving him a smirk then a wink. He only blinked a few times but I didn't miss the faint pink on his cheeks. This made me chuckle a bit but the girl beside me is too busy to notice. I guess she wants to wins this battle so bad, eh~~ Then I'll give her something to remember forever. I started crushing some almonds.

********

I know. I know.~~
I apologize for the super late and super short chapter... QuQ
But this going to be a lot different from now on as you can see at the turn of events so...yeah.
