Manik's POV

I sensed Nyonika coming in. I can't meet her now If she gets to know about me and Nandini things will start getting more complicated. Nandini will be the one to suffer everything which I won't let it happen.

I took Nandini to her room with my power. Yes, I had used my power because Nyonika would be here any moment and she could sense me.

I made her change fast and asked her to lie down.

Meanwhile, Cabir texted me to meet him as the five forces were back. They have come back for Nandini

I went to meet cabir.

"Tell me cabir what is it" I asked cabir impatiently as it was regarding Nandini.

"Manik the forces are back and this time they have unusual powers as we have. They want Nandini because if you and Nandini become one, half of their power will be destroyed which they never want it to happen" Cabir said.

"And they have already started their plan. You remember Kapoor's party. Whatever Nandini told was true. The blood!! Broken door!! The hoody person!! It was one of those five forces. They want to make her weak mentally so that half of her powers are finished before she even knows about it." This time it was Abhi who said this.

I was just listening to everything they were saying.

"And even Nyonika is with them," Dhruv spoke. I widened my eyes.

"Nyonika??" I asked in disbelief.

"Yes. She is helping them. In fact, I guess she is even in town right now."

"Shit!! Shit!! Shit!! Nyonika is at home with Nandini right now. I didn't want her to see me as I didn't want to complicate things. There is still 3 months left for Nandini's b'day. I need to leave. She can do anything" I rushed from there without even listening to them.

I reached Nandini's room.

"Nandini"  I ran towards her and held her in my arms as she became unconscious.

"Nandini. Look at me." Saying this I started patting her face.

She was looking pale. Her cheeks were red. Blood oozing out from her forehead and lips. Red marks on her arms, and neck.

I swear I won't leave that person who did this to you.

He has to face Manik Malhotra's wrath.

I made her lie down on the bed. Took water from the jar and started sprinkling it on her face.

"Nandini!! Nandini!! Wake up!!"

She slowly opened her eyes.

"Maa...nik"

"I am right here nandini. Look." Saying this I cupped her face and she looked into my eyes.

"Manik" Saying this she hugged me tightly making me lie on her and started crying.

"Don't go, please. Please stay." Saying this she started crying loudly.

"Ssshhh!! I am not going anywhere leaving you alone." Saying this I kissed her forehead and just pressed my lips against hers to calm her down.

I started caressing her face!! Hair!! Her hands were wrapped around my neck pulling me closer.

She held one of my hand with hers and pressed it on her stomach. I lifted her shirt a little up to place my hand on her bare stomach to reduce her pain.

I swear I won't leave that person who is responsible for my baby's pain.

I straightened myself and made Nandini sit on my lap.

"Kya hua? Tell me." I wrapped one arm around her shoulder while the other hand was caressing her cheek.

"V..oh..!! Vo...h!!" She tried to tell me but failed and started shivering.

"Ssshhh!! Its ok. We will speak later ab..." Before I could continue. Someone banged on her room door.

Nandini flinched on my lap and hugged me tightly, resting her face on the crook of my neck. Snuggling more into it. I started rubbing her back to calm her down which worked to some extent.

"Relax!! I am with you. I am not going anywhere leaving my baby alone." I whispered in her ears and pulled her more towards me. Her grip tightened around me.

"Man..ik!! Manik Malhotra" A heard a stammering voice.

I looked up to see who it was.

Nyonika!!

This bitch is behind my Nandini's sufferings!! Misery!!

I'll make sure I will make her life hell!!

"Hello Nyonika," I smirked.
