"Any problem Mr Malhotra" Mr Kapoor asked while he came towards manik. While we entered the party again after our lovey dovey session.

"No not at all. Did anything happen?" Manik replied

"No nothing like that. Its just that  you were not seen in the party and nandini too. So just asked."

"I had an important call to attend and nandini didn't know anyone here so she accompanied me." Manik said with calm voice.

"Okay.  So when do we finalise the deal?"

" Day after."

"So met you day after then."

"Manik. I'll be back in a few minutes." Saying this I turned to leave but manik held my wrist.

"Where are you going??" Manik asked in a concerned tone.

I knew manik didn't want to leave me alone as Harshad was also here.

"I'll just go to the washroom and come manik." I said keeping my hand in his. Assuring him that I will be fine.

"But I want you back in 10. Okay?"

"Yes boss" I said in a dramatic way which made him smile.

A waiter guided me to the washroom which was other side of the corridor and was a bit far from the party hall with silence prevailing all over.

I went to the washroom and looked around as no one was there. I was all alone.

Weird.

I looked into the mirror and saw my face glowing and the reason was clear.

Manik.

Just by thinking about him brings a smile on my face. God I like him so much. Yes I really do. The way he looks at me. His care. Concern. His naughtiness. His teasing nature. His kisses. His intense looks on me.

God he will make me go crazy.

Calm down Nandu.

I looked at my lips in the mirror which had no lipstick imprint on it. All thanks to manik's lips. This  was the daily job of his lips.

I was blushing looking down. Remembering our heart to heart confession and the kisses which manik was showering on me. I was rubbing my thumb and index finger on my lips to feel his scent on it.

I looked up and  freaked out a bit as I saw a person standing behind me with black jeans, black hoodie and face was covered with the cap of the hoodie. I turned around and saw no one their.

Strange.

"Hello. Hello is anyone here. Hello." I screamed but got no reply.

I turned front and opened the tap and screamed loudly as I saw blood flowing down from the tap instead of water and the door got shut.

I ran up to it and started banging it. Trying to open it.

"Someone please open the door. Manik please help." I was screaming continuously banging the door.

Suddenly the lights started flickering.

OMG. No no no. Please.. Please  don't turn off. Please.

I jumped on my place when I saw one of the light burst out. Followed my the others. One by one, all burst out.

"Somebody please help. Please. Manik. " I started screaming in between my sobs as it was pitch dark. I was not able to see anything. I was searching for my phone in my hand bag.

When one of the lights came back. Which was hanging down moving here n there. It was not a ceiling light which burst out.

I saw the same person standing right opposite to me but at the other end of the washroom...

"Who are you?? Please let me out. I want to go out. Please. What have I done to you?? Please open the door." I was pleading that person with tears still running down my cheeks. 

That person didn't answer but pointed towards one place.

I followed her hand and looked at the place where that person pointed towards.

I started shivering with my eyes wide open when I read what was written on the mirror.

I looked forward to look at that person who was standing right in front of me and  before I could react that person held my neck tightly with both the hands, choking me.

I tried pushing that person's hand away. Trying to separate it from my neck but to my dismay that person was very strong.

I struggled a lot but nothing happened. Finally I kicked that person on the stomach.

As soon as that persons grip got loosened. I pushed that person and took a rod which was there near me and hit that persons head.

I started banging the door with the rod. To break it before that person could wake up. I need to get out of here.

Finally I succeeded.

I ran through the corridors but my legs came to a standstill and I was standing there with a shocked. Stunt expression as I saw the corridor walls where filled with..

Leave manik.

He will be dead.

You will be the reason of his death.

His blood will be covering these walls next time.

Manik is mine.

I was not able to take anymore of this thing. I started vigorously shaking my head negatively. To believe that what I saw was a lie. Everything is a lie.

I ran through the corridor. The lights were dim. Tears where flowing down my cheek as I was not able to understand anything. I just wanted to be in manik's arms right now.

"Manik. Manik."

I started screaming running thought the corridors.

"Nandini" I heard the voice which I wanted to hear from so long which I was dying to hear.

"Manik."

I screamed as I saw him standing at the entrance of the corridor.

I ran towards him and took him into a bone crushing hug and started crying loudly. Hugging him more and more tightly with each passing second.
