My sleep got disturbed due to the sun rays. I opened my eyes lazily and smiled at what I saw. Manik's head was on my stomach and arms around my waist holding me tightly. He was looking so cute and adorable.

I untangled myself from his hold and adjusted his face on the pillow without waking him up.

I started brushing his cheeks and started adoring his handsome face with a mole above his lips which added more to his beauty.

He is so handsome.

Perfect.

Very features of his.

He should be worshipped everyday with love. Care.

Now it didn't matter who he is. He is my life now. My world.  If he wants to takes me to hell with him, I'll happily agree to go as long as he is by my side.

I kissed his lips numerous times making sure he doesn't wake up. After admiring his face for an hour or so I got ready and went down to make some coffee.

"Good morning" I jumped on my place with sudden wish from cabir.

"I am sorry if I scared you." Cabir spoke after seeing my reaction.

"It's OK. Coffee?" I asked.

"Sure." I was about to turn when I saw dhruv and abhi coming towards us.

"Hey."

"Good morning" Both wished lazily.

I made coffee for all four of us.

"Here you go." I placed the coffee in front of them.

We all were sitting on chairs which were attached to the table in front of the kitchen.

"I am so sorry nandini." Druv spoke.

"Sorry for what?" I asked in confusion sipping my coffee.

"For whatever happened yesterday. The way the girls reacted" He replied.

"Its okay and please don't apologize." I said

Their was an awkward silent between all of us.

"By the way why do they hate me so much." I asked breaking the silence.

"Because alia loves manik." Dhruv blurted out.

I looked at him with wide eye.

"Dhruv" Abhi and cabir both shouted.

I was still shocked with dhruv's confession.

"What? I don't want to lie to her. She is part of our family and she should known the truth." He exclaimed.

"That's true but not before we speak to manik. He will kill us if he got to know." Cabir pointed out.

"I won't tell him." I spoke immediately.

"I want to know more." All three looked at each other and nodded before turning back to me.

"Does manik knows that alia loves him?"

"Yes." I was startled because manik never told me.

"Okay. Continue."

"But manik never loved her. I did." Dhruv said with a fake chuckle.

"In our kind once we choose a partner that person will be yours for the rest of your life." Abhi said.

"And how is this choosing done."

"By physical attraction. Once you kiss a person that person becomes your partner. You can't stay away from that person for more than three hours. You always want that person near you. Get intimate. You start craving for that person and this craving keeps on increase until you become one and- " Dhruv was interrupted by cabir.

"Dhruv stop. I don't think we have to tell nandini anything about cravings. Desires. Longing. Urge. She will know better than us. Don't you?" Cabir said in a teasing tone.

I started blushing looking down. I got startled as two hands were wrapped around my waist.

"What she knows better than you guys" manik asked resting his chin on my shoulder.

"About how you are on bed?" Abhi claimed.

I widened my eyes and instantly my cheeks turned red.

"True. Who else will know that better than her."

"Manik shhh." I hit him on his shoulder.

"What shh. Accha fine I'll zip up but at least let me start my morning on a happy note" Saying this manik pulled me closer to him and  captured my lips infront of everyone. I gasped with his sudden action which gave him access into my mouth. He sucked my tongue and took both my lips in his mouth before parting away.

"The coffee is yummy." Manik whispered into my ears.

"Stop it" I hit him on his stomach.

"I hope your desire to kiss your lady is fulfilled cause we don't want to see anything beyond that" Cabir teased.

Before manik could answer we heard a glass breaking. We saw alia standing with a furious look. My hold on manik's hand became tight seeing alia shooting glares at me.

"Guys let's leave." Manik spoke in an ordering tone. Everyone nodded and vanishes within a second with Dhruv taking alia with him.

"Let's go nandini. We will talk later"

Manik dropped me home

As soon as I entered, the doors got locked and there were TV screens everywhere showing manik on it.

I started sweating. Shivering. Seeing him.

"No no no... This can't be true. Manik. No no no. He can't. This can't be my manik." I started wiping sweat from my forehead, rubbing my hands.

I saw a letter near the table. I picked it up with shivering hands and read

"Manik is a demon!!"

Will nandini leave manik after knowing his truth?
