Nandini's POV

He picked the call and put it on speaker as I started sweating and wrapped his arms around me. Not allowing him to leave me even for a second.

"Hello"

"Manik. Forces are coming."

As soon as manik hear this he tightened his arms around me.

Forces??

Who are they?

"Hello? Manik?"

"Ya"

"Be careful. Is nandini with you."

He immediately picked up the phone and spoke after putting the speaker of. I was unable to hear the conversation though I was sitting right next to manik. In the conversation manik didn't speak much, just 'yes' or 'no' he was answering.

"Manik" I screamed as I saw a shadow near the door.

He immediately kept the phone.

"What happened" he asked cupping my face.

"Someone is there" I said pointing towards the door with my shivering hand. He looked towards the door.

"Shhh no one is there" he said rubbing my back and caressed my knuckles.

I snuggled more into his chest and my eyes fell on my breast. That's when I realised my clothes. I am half naked from front, discarded of my bra.

I hugged manik tightly hiding my front by pressing it on his. My legs on either sides of his waist.

"Nandini"

"Manik my clothes." I whispered in his ears.

"Hold me tight"

I did as he said.

The next moment we were in our room.

Manik made me wear a bra and his shirt as I didn't have any spare clothes. I kept clinging to him not letting him leave me for a second wherever he roamed in the room. He didn't even object for once.

"Manik" A boy screamed manik's name.

I shrieked due to the scream and tightened my hold on manik. He rubbed my back to calm me down.

"Cabir" Manik whispered.

"Come. Let's go down."
He held my hand as we walked out of the room.

I wrapped my other hand on his arm tightly and tagged along with him.

After anticipating my shivering body and fear which was building inside me, manik left my hand and wrapped his hand around my shoulder and pushed me towards him.

"I won't let anything happen to you" he whispered kissing my forehead.

It was dark. No lights. We were standing top of the stairs.

Suddenly the lights came. I saw six new faces.

Three girls sitting on the couch with frowns on there face. One of the boy was moving to and fro and two were taking to each other.

"Cabir" Manik called as soon as we reached down. It grabbed everyone's attention towards us. I hid myself more into manik while he tightened his grip around me more.
