Madisons POV

Over the past few weeks, we've taken several cases that lead back to the darkness. This pack of half ghouls half vampires, were trying to build an army to try and last the darkness as long as they could. It's getting quite repetitive.

Right now, I let Sam and Dean go on without me, because I wanted to stay here and take care of Cas. He seems to be improving, but something's still off I can tell.

"Oh, Madison, you didn't have to," Cas said as I handed him the soup. I smiled.

"Yes, but I wanted to. Anyways, you feeling any better?" I asked as I placed a light kiss to his forehead.

"I'm fine"

"Okay, well if you need anyth-," I didn't finish my sentence, because something caught my attention.

"C-Cas, could you rewind that please?" He looked at me curiously before rewinding it, and handing me the remote.

We watched as a video of someone being shot played on the news, and in the rearview window of a car, the camera guy was captured...

"Metatron"

Castiel threw him down to the ground off the abandoned railroad cart, and Metatron groaned in pain. I have to admit, seeing Cas get all dominant is really hot.

"You're picking pockets. You're leaving a man to die. I-I don't know what I expected, but this is disappointing," Cas said to him.

"I was at zero when you took my grace, and you know my story has only just begun"

"And what story is that?" I scoffed. "You're preying on human tragedy!"

"Oh, Madison! What centrury are you in? Religion is dead!"

"Oh save your story, that's not what I came for," Castiel said to him.

"Oh, so straight to business. You want the demon tablet? Well, you can't have it. I hid it where no one will ever-"

"You hid it under your mattress you pathetic excuse for an angel!" I yelled at him.

"What do you know about the darkness?" Castiel said walking up to him.

"I don't have to tell you anything"

"Are you forgetting," Cas grabbed Metatron by the collar and pushed him against the wall. "You are human now, and I could crush you like a bug"

"Could, but you won't," Cas looked at him in surprise. "You think I didn't notice? You're broken, Castiel. You are scarred, deep. I mean look at you! You can even hit me!"

Castiel punched him, and threw him to the ground.

Cas kept beating him and demanding for information on the darkness, until Metatron had finally had enough.

"Tell me about the darkness"

"What god did.. Creation. That took work. That took sacrifice. In order to create the world, God had to give up the only thing he'd ever known. He had to betray and sacrifice his only kin," Metatron explained. "The darkness... His sister"

Dean's POV

"You let Metatron go!" I yelled in disbelief.

"He's not going anywhere. If he makes a move, if he draws the slightest attention, the full force of angel kind will snuff him out. Look you, neither of you saw him. He is a human, and a pitiable one at that. He's not a threat to us"

"Guys, bigger fish to fry here. Amara is in the wind," Sam interrupted.

"Yeah, God's fricking Sister," I said.

"Dean, you said you were close. Dean, how'd she get away?"

"I'm sorry what part of God's fricking sister did you not understand? She overpowered me, end of story," I said to Cas and then turned to Sam. "I don't suppose God's decided to share any wisdom on the matter"

"I'll look in the lore," Sam said and left to the library.

Sam's POV

As I walked into the library, I rested my hand on a bookshelf and another vision or hint, or whatever you want to call it appeared in my head.

It was Lucifer's cage.

What the hell is the message supposed to mean?!

Madison's POV

I walked into my room to see Cas sitting on his bed with his head in his hands. I quietly closed the door and turned back to him.

"You're not broken, Castiel," I said walking over to him. I stood in front of him and he looked up at me.

"Metatron was right. I'm just a problem," he said. I shook my head and sat on his lap, legs on either side of him. I wrapped my arms around him and looked him in the eye.

"You are not a problem. You are the love of my life. You have helped my brothers and I so much, and I don't consider that a problem," I said and gently placed my lips on his. He wrapped his arms around me and I rolled my hips warning a groan from him.

"I love you," he sighed.

"I love you too," I said between kisses before he spun us around and threw me on the bed.

Let's just say he was not a problem at ALL that night.
