Breakdown! The Deal is Off!

As we continued running, Shizune told us more about what Orochimaru said. As soon as his arms are healed, he plans on destroying the LeafVillage.

Like hell I'd let that happen!

You stupid old woman! What the hell are you thinking?! Surely you wouldn't destroy the thing your loved ones cherished the most. Right? Gritting my teeth, I pushed myself faster and faster.

Tsunade . . . I cannot possibly image the pain you have gone through. But I know you can push past it. I know you can. I did. I was able to move on from the pain of loneliness. And so can you!

So don't you dare heal that man! He wants to destroy everything they loved! We need to move faster. We need to stop them!

Huh? I sense a fight. Could it be . . ? I sense chakra spikes . . . and the earth is trembling . . . it's a fight, but I thought Shizune said she was going to heal him.

Shaking my head, we continued. I sniffed the air. "Guys, they're on the move." I warned. Jiraiya looked back at me. "Where to?" I concentrated and frowned. "I can't quite tell. They're out of my range. But it's in that direction." I pointed west.

He nodded and changed directions slightly. "Actually, I think she fought him." I spoke. All three of them turned to me, confusion on their face. "How can you tell?" Shizune asked.

"Well, her chakra spiked, the same way mine does when I go in had to hand combat with chakra. And the earth beneath us rumbled."

Jiraiya grinned. "Well look at that. Way to go!" As we headed the direction, I caught her chakra's scent.

I ran ahead of them and led them, following my nose.

Just wait Tsunade. We're on our way! "Hey, I call dibbs on four eyes. I have a score to settle with him." I smirked mischievously.

I caught onto their scent. Soon the sounds of battle could be heard. "Over there! I know where they are!" I shouted victoriously.

Moving faster, we broke through a clearing. Kabuto was about to strike her with a kunai. Jiraiya threw a smoke bomb and Kabuto jumped away as we jumped down next to her.

I let out a sigh of relief. Made it just in time. Thank god.

"It's been a long time old friend. Ah, Miyuna, it's nice to see you again." Orochimaru greeted. I glared murderously at him. "Well I'm glad because it's not nice to see you again." I hissed.

Orochimaru just chuckled. I looked at Kabuto. "As for you, you have a lot of nerve appearing in front of me." I seethed. Naruto's eyes went wide at the sight.

That's right, he doesn't know. "You've met these two before Miyuna?" I snorted. "Sadly, I ran into them during the Chunin Exam. Right Naruto?"

He nodded. "Yeah. You said . . . that he's with Orochimaru right?" He asked, slightly saddened. I nodded. "Out of the way!" Tsunade shoved Jiraiya and charged at Kabuto. I watched as her chakra channeled to her legs when she went to strike. Kabuto was evading her every strike.

And boy, did she put chakra into it. Now this is my style of Taijutsu!

She had him cornered. Kabuto went to strike with a kunai, but it was too late. She's already there. He slashed . . . his arm?

Blood spilled out and some landed on Tsunade. She began to freak out. What's wrong with her? She's afraid. But why?

Don't tell me . . . she's afraid of blood?!

Kabuto put his kunai up and struck her, flinging her into Shizune. No! "Lady Tsunade." Shizune looked at her worriedly. She's out of it. She's flipping out.

Kabuto looked at our group. "Why Kabuto? You helped us get through the Chunin Exam," Naruto was beyond confused.

Kabuto smirked. "I'm a spy from the Village Hidden in the Sound. To gather information about all of you. That was my mission. Indeed, I learned one very important thing about you Naruto. You lack any ninja ability. You're not a bit like Sasuke."

"Watch your mouth. Or I'll tear it right off." I growled out. He smirked. "And you Miyuna. You fight in a very flashy manner."

I narrowed my eyes on him. This brat.

"Go on. Glare at me all you want. You're still just a pint sized Genin in over-AHG!" I flash stepped in front of him and punched him. He went flying back and broke the ground due to my chakra empowered fist.

"You talk too much." I stated. He groaned and rolled over, wiping the blood from his mouth he shot me a nasty glare. He then rushed me. However Naruto and a few of his clones ran at him.

"Naruto!" I shouted. It was too late. Kabuto evaded them and destroyed them, one by one before flinging Naruto back into Shizune's arms. I jumped up and gripped my fist.

"Piss off!" I roared. He jumped away as I smashed the ground he once stood on. Pieces of Earth flew around. Shizune spit out needles. Kabuto didn't have enough time to dodge, but he moved his head down and blocked it with his headband.

Tch. He jumped back by Orochimaru. Ignoring him, I flash stepped next to Naruto and Shizune. "Are you okay?" I asked. Naruto wiped Kabuto's blood from his eyes.

"Yeah. Thanks Miyu, Shizune." I nodded and shot Kabuto a nasty look. Damn sound jockey.

He reached into his pouch and pulled out a small pill. "I don't recognize that one." I muttered. Shizune glared at him. "Plasma pill." I turned to her in surprise. "So, that's what it looks like?" I muttered.

I've never seen one personally, but Iruka taught us about some of the pills that shinobi carry. Kabuto ate it. "Well of course, he's trying to replace the blood he already lost." Jiraiya said.

Tch. This brat. "So he's a medical ninja like me." Shizune observed. I bit my lip. Medical Ninjutsu is something I can't grasp. I tried learning it, but it never worked. My fists are made for destruction, not the art of healing.

Orochimaru moved his arm and bit the bandage off. His arms. They're decaying. Sort of. "So that's Orochimaru." Naruto sneered.

"So now we can get down to business. Shizune, I'll let you take care of four eyes over there. Naruto, Miyuna, watch over Tsunade." Biting back my protest, I nodded.

As much as I would love to wipe that smug smirk off his face, I don't know how well I'd fare against his attacks. Medical Ninjutsu to me is like Lee's Ninjutsu. As good as none. And by the looks of things, he fought well with Tsunade.

A Sanin.

This guy . . . he's definitely higher then a Genin. "Just leave Orochimaru to me." Jiraiya said.

I clenched my fists. This fight, may lead to certain death. Question is; which side?
