(Cj's point of view)
I stood in the gym, cleaning my Glock with my Aunt Lisa.
"You think the war can be stopped?" She spoke up randomly, startling me a bit.
"Uh, I'm not sure. I mean, she shot Gabrielle. Alek ran off, after shooting Brittany. I think it has to be done." I continued to clean. She slammed her gun down.
"How could you say that about your own cousin?" She shouted, "She was protecting her group! Something we would've done too!" I rolled my eyes.
"You sure do seem to be standing up for her a lot, I mean, considering you left her before she could walk, it's a huge thing. Proud you're stepping up to the mom plate." I gave her a sarcastic smile.
"Listen here you self righteous, piece of-"
"Hey guys." Chris walked in. Lisa and I turned to look at him.
"What?" She snapped.
"Is everything okay?" He asked, stepping closer.
"No. It's not. I can't fucking believe we're thinking about killing my daughter!" Lisa yelled. She was getting very worked up. Red in the face, anger in her eyes.
"Maybe if she wouldn't have shot one of my fucking people. Not once, BUT TWICE, we wouldn't have to think about it." Chris shouted back.
"But WE invaded their territory! SHE IS TRYING TO PROTECT HER PEOPLE!" Lisa was screaming at this point.
"This is fucking bullshit that we're even fucking arguing about this." Chris shook his head.
"Blood is blood, Chris."
"Is that why you kicked Kyle out?" I spoke up. Lisa and Chris turned to me.
"Excuse me?" Lisa walked up to me, "You know why we had to kick Kyle out..."
"Because he pulled a Lucifer. Tried killing Chris to overpower the Town, so you banished him, but," I scratched my head, "Isn't that the defiance you love, Chris? I mean, you practically worship the guy." I chuckled.
"Go away." Lisa said softly.
"Why? Because I'm speaking the fucking truth?" I was getting frustrated.
"I came to fucking tell everyone I'm heading out for a while. Got some things to do."
"I'm coming with you." I grab my gun.
"No. I'm going alone. It's a meeting. I have things I need to discuss."
"With who?" Lisa asked, "Alek?" Chris started laughing.
"Hell no. Fuck that. Someone else."
"Is it one of the guys from the Townside Apartments?" She asked.
"Why do you ask so many questions?" Chris asked, turning around and walking away. I shook my head and walked off, putting my gun in the holster. I made my way through the halls, towards the nurse's station. I knocked on the door. Alyssa answered.
"Oh. Hi." She frowned slightly.
"Is Rachel here?" I sighed. She nodded then stepped to the side. Rachel was sitting at her desk, writing something down. Her red hair was in a messy bun.
"Alyssa, I think that if we were to get them to go to th-" She looked up, "Oh, hello." She frowned.
"Can we talk?" I sighed. She nodded to Alyssa, who stepped out the room.
"Talk." She said blankly, turning to face me completely.
"Well, I, uh, I wanted to apologize. Which, as you know me, is hard. My pride and shit. But," I breathed in deeply, "I know what I did was wrong. I know it doesn't take it back, but I am sorry. So. You can think on that if you need, or-" She got up and kissed me.
"I love you, you fucking asshole." She had tears in her eyes. I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her closer to me.
"I'm never going to hurt you again." I whispered in her ear. She pulled away.
"I forgive you." She smiled. I kissed her forehead.
"Thank you..."
