We all walked up to the fence, staring each other down.

"Well hello here." Chris smiled, cheerfully.

"What do we owe this pleasure?" I asked, through gritted teeth.

"Is that anyway to treat your family?" He chuckled. I looked around, seeing familiar faces. Cj's fiance, Rachel, who was my high school best friend. Alyssa, who I couldn't stand after she told me to go kill myself. My mom and her best friend, Tara, standing side by side. Tara's husband, Mike. There were three boys and a girl I did not know. I rolled my eyes and looked at him.

"Why are you here?" I asked.

"Well..." He breathed in, "We were in the neighborhood." He smiled.

"Enough with this childish bullshit." Alek scoffed. Chris laughed.

"Oh, boy," He looked at Alek, "Do I miss having you around. You were so funny."

"I don't miss you." Alek snarled.

"Is that a ring?" I heard my mom pipe up. I turned to her.

    "Excuse me?" I asked.

"On your left hand. Is that a ring?" She stepped closer. I pulled my left hand behind my body.

"Can we stop playing catch up?" Lamar asked, irritated.

"We could just cut to the chase, then." Chris shrugged, looking around at his people.

"You have one shit army behind you." I smirked. Chris turned back and looked at me.

"What did you say?" He asked, stepping closer to the fence. I stepped closer as well.

"Pretty girl can't fucking shoot. Look how she's holding the gun." Khalil chuckled at Alyssa, causing Cymon and Nick to erupt in laughter.

"And those guys?" Nick starts, "Just look at them. They probably don't even know what 'stock' means." Nick was in tears from laughing so hard. I smiled, turning to look at my stepdad, who was red with rage.

"Is insults all we're gonna do?" Aysa sighed, getting impatient. I looked over at him, standing on the other side of Alek.

"I just wanna know why you're here on today of all days? It's been weeks." I sighed.

"We had to plan. And a very beautiful plan this is, right here." Cj smiled, disgustingly. Making me want to punch him.

"Guys, go home," Alek started, "We don't even bother you. We stay on our side of town."

"This is OUR town." Tara hissed.

"Go get another town. This is ours. We fought for it." Cymon said, defensively.

"You didn't fight for anything," My stepdad chuckled, "She had fought for it and you arrived. You took the bitch road. Getting with a group already established," He turned to Alek, "Sound familiar?"

"I fucking fought for your town, goddammit," Alek walked up to the fence, face almost pressing against it, "I killed the living and the dead for your ass, because you didn't want to get your hands dirty." Alek was furious. My stepdad stared at him and smiled a villainous smile.

"Oh, I put a little dirt on your face, causing your hair on your chest to grow, and you want to complain?" He chuckled, "You should thank me."

"No, you are maniacal. You're power hungry and fucking insane." Alek spat.

"Can we just all grow up, pack up, and go back home?" Aysa asked, irritatedly. Chris looked over at him, a huge smile on his face.

"Nope. Not until we do what we came here for." Everyone on his side drew their guns on us, causing us to do the same in retaliation.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"This," Chris looked over and nodded, "Now." I look over to where he nodded, seeing Aysa point his gun at Alek's head and pull the trigger. I scream, grabbing him as he falls.
