I groaned and pulled a pillow over my head.

My eye twitched as I sat up. What the hell was that noise?

The window?

I groaned and walked over to it, looking down. My eyes narrowed when I saw who was there. I turned around, ready to just ignore it. But that noise.. That noise was so annoying. And I knew he wouldn't stop.

Click. Click. Click. Click.

I pulled at my hair then quickly pulled my window up. "What?!" I whisper yelled, eyes narrowing more.

"Baby, can I come up? I'd like to talk to you." Chase said, smiling lightly.

I only said what I was about to say so he would leave me the freak alone. "Sure. But your climbing."

I left and sat down on my bed, staring at a spot on my wall.

I really didn't want him contaminating my room with his.. Hisness.. Or whatever.

There was a big tree by my side of the house, so he easily climbed up it and into my room.

"Hey.. About yesterday.. I'm sorry. I was just really mad because I failed my math test. It won't happen again, I promise." He pulled me up and into his arms, hugging me.

This is what I hated about him.. He made me feel bad, and I didn't even know why.. Did he really love me? I don't know. Was he being truthful on saying he'd never hurt me? No. He'd promised me that hundreds of times, and broke it each time.

I sighed and stood still, arms to my side. He finally let me go and stared at me, eyes narrowing.

"Chase.. I think you should go now.. It's eight in the morning. I would like to get some more sleep."

He glared at me for a few seconds before kissing my cheek and abruptly left.

I fell back into my bed, pulling the covers around me. I got off lucky on that one. Usually, he would have given me a bad beating for that..

I closed my eyes and drifted off.

"Isobel, sweetie? Hey, wake up.. I gotta go into work today."

I groaned and opened my eyes up slowly, seeing my mom.

"There's been an accident, and so they need a few more doctors to come in. I'll probably be home around seven tonight. If it's any later, I'll call.

I just nodded and she walked out, blowing a kiss to me.

I sighed and got up, stretching. My whole body ached. Especially my side and head.

I looked over at my photo wall and looked at the pictures, smiling slightly. It always made me feel better.

I heard my phone beep, and picked it up, furrowing my eyebrows.

I sighed when I saw it was from Chase.

'Remember not to eat too much food. Stick to salads and fruits, alright?'

I rolled my eyes and just put my phone back down, ignoring it.

I walked downstairs and yawned, turning on the TV. I sat down on the couch and snuggled into the pillows.

'The Walking Dead' was on, so I left it. To tell you the truth, it really freaked me out. But I couldn't stop watching it for some reason. Something about it just pulled you in and kept you hostage.
