When I got to Iowa my aunt already knew the plan, I had called her and told her everything. And when I arrived she closed all the blinds and curtains. 

"Thanks so much aunt Lia." I hugged her. 

"Anything for you baby girl."

I went up to my room and called Skate. 

"Hey." I said. 

"Hey." He said. "Give me a second."

I heard commotion. 

"What's going on?"He asked. 

"I arrived, I thought I should call and tell you."

"Good, Your aunt knows the plan?"

"Yeah." I said. "How's Jack."

"Hung over. Hasn't noticed you're gone. I keep telling him I'll go check on you and bring you food. I think Sammy's catching on though. I haven't heard from J. I drove him to his parents and left him."

"I'm sorry I left this all on you. Maybe I should come back and spill everything."

"No. Fake it til you make it." He said.

"Skate, Jack's gonna be so pissed. This isn't gonna work forever."

"We have to try, right?"

"I guess."

"Look you're brother is watching me through the window. I gotta go."

"Okay, bye Skate. Love you."

"Love you too crazy psycho bitch."

He hung up and I sighed. I started unpacking my stuff back into the closet. My phone rang. I walked over and saw my brothers caller id. I turned my phone silent and let it ring. I pulled out my laptop and set it on the desk. I opened it and saw my screensaver. It was me, Sammy, Jack, Skate and J. We were Cali at a beach. They were holding me up. My brother and Skate were smiling. Sammy, J and I were laughing to hard to pay attention. I smiled at the memory. 

"Hey Danny." My aunt said. 

I turned, "What's up?"

"I found this baby book of you and Jack."

"Really?"

"Come out to the kitchen and we can go through it."

I got up and followed her. We sat down. I opened the book. There was pictures of us at Disney.

"I remember that Disney trip." Lia said. "It was your parents anniversary week. And I thought I should take you to California for a couple days. You guys had so much fun."

"We looked so happy."

"Jack really wanted to go meet Mickey, but you wanted to keep riding its a small world."

I looked at her and smiled, "Really?"

"You loved it. We must have ridden it fifty times before you found out tinker bell was there."

"God maybe that's why I can't go on that ride anymore." I laughed. 

"You got so tuckered out from telling Tinker bell all about your life."

I laughed, "Life as a four year was hard."

She laughed, then the house phone started ringing. 

"Who is it?"

"Your brother."

"Ignore it." 

"Are you sure you don't wanna talk to him."

I looked down at the pictures, "I can't. He's gonna want me to explain and I don't know what to say."

She hung up the phone, "It's late baby girl. Why don't you go rest for the night."

I nodded and stood. I gave her hug and went to my room.

When I woke up the next morning it was early, about six in the morning. Someone kept ringing the doorbell.

"What the hell." I heard Lia say as she walked down the hall.

I jumped out of bed. 

"Hold on Lia."

"Why?"

"It might be Jack."

"Don't be silly." 

"Well it's not the mail man."

I looked through the curtains and didn't see my brother but J and Sammy.

"Oh my god." I said.

"Is it your brother?"

"It's J and Sammy. Stall while I sneak out the back."

"Okay."

I slid shoes, grabbed my car keys and my phone. I ran down the hall as she opened the door.

"Hey boys." I heard her say as I closed the back door. 

I ran around the side of the house and saw her still talking to them. I ran to my car, slid in and started it up. I started to back out when Sammy saw me. I backed out faster and drove down the street. I got to town and went to the really old park behind the elementary school. I got out and sat on the swings.  

I called skate.

"Hello? Skate?" 

"Please don't tell me J and Sammy are there."

"Then I don't know what else to say."

"Shit." He said. "And I'm still about thirty minutes away."

"You knew they were coming!?"

"Yeah."

"And you didn't think to call me!?"

"I didn't think they'd just show up."

"God." I said putting my free hand on my forehead. "I'm hiding at an abandoned park."

"Well if it's hidden. I doubt they'll find you." 

I heard a car lock.

"I think they found me." I said and started running for the woods. 

I saw them runnning towards the swings.

"Shit." I said and kept running. 

"Danielle stop running!" Skate yelled through the phone.

"What am I supposed to do? Let them bombard me?"

"Maybe this is happening for a reason."

"Fake it til you make it. You told me that. I'm trying to go through with it!" I yelled back. J and Sammy looked over. "Shit."

I took off again, running back to the main road, where my car was. 

"Look I'm almost there." Skate said. 

"Don't hang up, please."

"I'm not, just stay calm."

"I'm trying." I said, looking over my shoulder. 

I tripped, my phone flew out of my hand, my keys fell out of my hand. I screamed as I went down and that's all I remember.
